पंचायत स्तर पर ही निपटाए अविवादित नामांतरण एवं बंटवारा प्रकरण
राजस्व के सभी लंबित प्रकरणों के शीघ्र निराकरण पर दिया जोर
समाधान शिविर की तैयारी एवं होली पूर्व शांति समिति बैठक के निर्देश
रायगढ़, 25 फरवरी 2026/ जिले में राजस्व मामलों के त्वरित और पारदर्शी निराकरण को लेकर कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में राजस्व अधिकारियों की समीक्षा बैठक लेकर निर्देश दिए कि शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप प्रत्येक प्रकरण का न्यायोचित, पारदर्शी और समय-सीमा में निराकरण सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि राजस्व से जुड़े मामले सीधे आम नागरिकों के हितों से जुड़े होते हैं, इसलिए इनमें किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।
कलेक्टर ने बैठक में तहसीलवार लंबित प्रकरणों की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने सीमांकन, बंदोबस्त, त्रुटि सुधार, भू-अभिलेख, भू-अर्जन, वन अधिकार पट्टा नामांतरण, बंटवारा एवं खाता विभाजन जैसे मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निपटाने के निर्देश दिए गए। बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि कुल 10,661 प्रकरण दर्ज हुए थे, जिनमें से 8,486 का निराकरण किया जा चुका है, जबकि 2,175 प्रकरण लंबित हैं। इनमें से 89 प्रकरण समय-सीमा से बाहर हैं। कलेक्टर ने सभी लंबित और समय-सीमा पार मामलों का शीघ्र निराकरण सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अविवादित नामांतरण एवं बंटवारे के मामलों को पंचायत स्तर पर ही अनिवार्य रूप से निपटाने के निर्देश भी दिए, ताकि आमजन को अनावश्यक कार्यालयी चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें।
कलेक्टर ने आरआरसी, ऋण वसूली, राष्ट्रीय अभियान एवं जल जीवन मिशन के कार्यों में प्रगति लाने के लिए विभागीय समन्वय बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए। खाद्य विभाग से संबंधित उचित मूल्य दुकानों में भौतिक सत्यापन के दौरान पाई गई कमी की भरपाई एवं वसूली के लिए 7 दिनों के भीतर प्रगति लाने को कहा गया। उन्होंने आदिम जाति विकास विभाग के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर वन अधिकार पत्र और फौती नामांतरण के लंबित मामलों को भी प्राथमिकता से निपटाने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने जिले में पदस्थ अतिरिक्त कलेक्टर को क्षेत्र भ्रमण के निर्देश दिए।
कलेक्टर ने आगामी होली पर्व को ध्यान में रखते हुए सभी अनुविभागीय कार्यालय स्तर पर शांति समिति की बैठक आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही आगामी माह से ब्लॉक स्तर पर आयोजित होने वाले समाधान शिविरों की तैयारी सुनिश्चित करने हेतु जिला पंचायत सीईओ, सीएमएचओ, महिला एवं बाल विकास, श्रम, लीड बैंक अधिकारी, कृषि सहित सभी संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए। बैठक में अपर कलेक्टर श्री अपूर्व प्रियेश टोप्पो, श्री रवि राही, डॉ. प्रियंका वर्मा सहित सभी एसडीएम, तहसीलदार, नायब तहसीलदार और राजस्व विभाग केअधिकारी – कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
