एसएसपी शशि मोहन सिंह की चेतावनी — “गौवंश तस्करी में संलिप्त अपराधियों पर नजर है, ऑपरेशन शंखनाद के तहत ऐसे अपराधियों पर लगातार कठोर कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी”
रायगढ़, 23 फरवरी । वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री शशि मोहन सिंह के दिशा निर्देशन पर जिले में गौवंशों को मवेशी तस्करों से संरक्षित करने और तस्करी पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगाने चलाये जा रहे “ऑपरेशन शंखनाद” लगतार जारी है । इसी कड़ी में कल तमनार पुलिस ने मुखबीर से गौवंश तस्करी की सूचना पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए दो मवेशी तस्करों के चंगुल से 8 नग गौवंशों को मुक्त कराया है। पुलिस को मुखबिर से सूचना प्राप्त हुई थी कि ग्राम गोढी से बासनपाली मार्ग पर कुछ पशु तस्कर गौवंशों को बेरहमी से हांकते और मारते-पीटते हुए ओडिशा के बूचड़खाने की ओर ले जा रहे हैं। सूचना पर तत्काल थाना प्रभारी तमनार निरीक्षक कमला पुसाम ठाकुर के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम द्वारा चुहकीडीपा रोड गोढी में घेराबंदी कर दो संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों को पकड़ा गया।
पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने अपना नाम देव लाल मिंज पिता मुक्तुराम मिंज उम्र 26 वर्ष निवासी पंडीझरिया करवारजोर थाना लैलूंगा जिला रायगढ़ तथा रंजीत तिर्की पिता जयराम तिर्की उम्र 28 वर्ष निवासी करवारजोर उरांवपारा थाना लैलूंगा जिला रायगढ़ बताया। आरोपियों ने गोढी पेट्रोल पंप आमाघाट रेलवे ब्रिज के आसपास चर रहे पालतू गौवंशों को पकड़कर भूखे-प्यासे हालत में पैदल क्रूरतापूर्वक ओडिशा बूचड़खाने ले जाकर बिक्री करने के उद्देश्य से परिवहन करना स्वीकार किया। पुलिस ने गवाहों के समक्ष 8 नग गौवंश कुल कीमती लगभग 1,10,000 रुपये बरामद कर विधिवत जप्ती पंचनामा तैयार किया। आरोपियों के विरुद्ध थाना तमनार में अपराध क्रमांक 40/2026 धारा छत्तीसगढ़ कृषि पशु परिरक्षण अधिनियम 2004 की धारा 6, 10, 11, 12 के तहत अपराध दर्ज कर उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया है।

- रंजीत तिर्की पिता जयराम तिर्की उम्र 28 वर्ष निवासी करवारजोर उरांवपारा थाना लैलूंगा जिला रायगढ़
👉 एसएसपी शशि मोहन सिंह का सख्त संदेश —
“गौवंशों की तस्करी एवं पशुओं के प्रति क्रूरता में संलिप्त किसी भी व्यक्ति को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा और ऐसे अपराधियों के विरुद्ध कठोर वैधानिक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।”
इस कार्रवाई में थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक कमला पुसाम ठाकुर, प्रधान आरक्षक देव प्रसाद राठिया, आरक्षक उषारानी तिर्की एवं आरक्षक पुरुषोत्तम सिदार की सराहनीय भूमिका रही।
