जोबीः- शहीद वीर नारायण सिंह शासकीय महाविद्यालय जोबी-बर्रा में शनिवार 09 दिसम्बर 2023 को राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग की ओर से एक दिवसीय शैक्षिक भ्रमण का आयोजन किया गया। प्राचार्य श्री रविन्द्र कुमार थवाईत के निर्देशानुसार प्रातः करीब 10 बजे के आस-पास राजनीति विज्ञान सहित अन्य संकाय एवं विषयों के विद्यार्थी महाविद्यालय प्रांगण में एकत्र हुए। नियमित कक्षाओं को बिना बाधित किए संचालित हुए इस शैक्षिक भ्रमण में सभी विद्यार्थियों को अतिथी व्याख्याता श्री राहुल राठौर की अगुआई में स्थानीय ग्राम पंचायत रवाना किया गया। तकरीबन डेढ़ घंटे तक चले इस अभ्यास में श्री राठौर ने विद्यार्थियों को सर्वप्रथम राजनीति विज्ञान विषय के शैक्षिक भ्रमण का महत्व बतलाया और फिर चुनावी प्रक्रिया और गतिविधियों के संदर्भ में एक के बाद एक करके बताते चले गए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस तरह हमने हाल ही में विधान सभा चुनाव देखे हैं, लगभग कुछ इसी प्रकार आगामी समय में पंचायत चुनाव भी होने हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि दोनों में मत तो आम नागरिक के हाथों में ही होते हैं, किन्तु प्रक्रिया में लगने वाली समयवधि सहित कुछ अन्य तकनीकी बातों और सामान्य नियमों का अन्तर अवश्य होता है। जिसके बारे में वे सरल शब्दों में विस्तार से बतलाते गए।
बढ़ते क्रम में महाविद्यालय के वरिष्ठ प्राध्यापक श्री वासुदेव प्रसाद पटेल ने सरपंच और पंच इन सम्माननीय पदों की गरिमा पर अपनी बात रखी और विद्यार्थियों को मन-मोहक अंदाज में पंच-परमेश्वर की न्याय प्रिय प्रेकरणादायी कहानी सुनाई। सहायक प्राध्यापक श्री योगेन्द्र कुमार राठिया ने भी स्थानीय अंचल में अब तक हुए पंचायती चुनाव की प्रक्रिया और विधान के बारे में संक्षेप में जानकारी प्रदान की साथ ही आने वाले समय में मताधिकार का विवेकपूर्ण उपयोग करनी की अपील जारी की।
उल्लेखनीय है कि इस दौरान स्थानीय पंचायत के सचिव श्री जागरदास महंत विद्यार्थियों को पंचायत भवन की परिक्रमा कराए और पंचायत स्तर पर गांव के लिए किस तरह कौन से कार्य संपादित किए जाते हैं, इस बारे में अवगत कराया। इधर, सरपंच श्रीमती अनुसुईया राठिया एवं उप सरपंच प्रेमबाई गबेल ने भी विद्यार्थियों के पंचायती राज और राजनीतिक उत्थान के प्रति रूचि देख कर उन्हें एक अच्छा और सच्चा जन नेता बनने का न केवल लक्ष्य दिया बल्कि समस्त पंचायतगणों की ओर से उन्हें उनके उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना भी प्रेषित की। बता दें कि पंचायत भ्रमण के दौरान विद्यार्थियों के जल-पान से कर उनकी बैठक व्यवस्था सहित विलम्ब से बचाव के लिए महाविद्यालय के अतिथी व्याख्यताओं ने समय-सारणी का ध्यान रखा और प्रबंधकीय कार्य में विशेष कर श्री रितेश राठौर, श्री राम नारायण जांगड़े एवं श्रीमती रेवती राठिया का योगदान उल्लेखनीय रहा।
