रायगढ़, 22 सितम्बर 2024/ तत्कालीन सीएमएचओ के फर्जी हस्ताक्षर से हुई खरीदी-एक करोड़ रूपए में खरीदे सामान की अफसरों को खबर ही नहीं के संबंध में खबरेंं प्रकाशित हुई थी। जिसके संबंध में मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ.बी.के.चंद्रवंशी ने बताया कि एक करोड़ 78 हजार 418 रूपए के रि-एजेंट्स और टेस्टिंग किट अनुमोदन उपरांत खरीदे गए। 287 हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर को उक्त सामग्री प्रदाय कर दिया गया है। उपरोक्त समस्त सामग्री सीएमएचओ और डीपीएम के अनुमोदन उपरांत क्रय किया गया है। 
      सीएमएचओ डॉ चंद्रवंशी ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन अंतर्गत जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधन इकाई द्वारा जिला अस्पताल रायगढ़ के अधीन संस्था जिला शीघ्र हस्तक्षेप केन्द्र (डीईआईसी) के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी एवं साफ -सफाई कर्मचारी के मानदेय का भुगतान एनएचएम अंतर्गत कार्यालय मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी के नोटशीट फार्मेट में तैयार किया जाता है जिस कारण तत्कालीन सिविल सर्जन का नाम लिपकीय त्रुटिवश नोटशीट में अंकित हो गया है। निविदा में जिस भी फर्म का न्यूनतम दर (एल-1) जिस सामग्री हेतु निर्धारित हुआ है उसी सामग्री को उसी फर्म से क्रय किया गया है किसी भी फर्म से बाजाार भाव से ढाई से तीन गुना अधिक कीमत पर क्रय नहीं किया गया है। 
          डॉ.मधूलिका सिंह ठाकुर एवं डॉ.आर एन मंडावी के कार्यकाल में भौतिक रूप से राशि उपलब्ध नहीं होने के कारण उस अवधि में भुगतान नहीं किया गया। राशि प्राप्त होते ही 28 मार्च 2024 को वर्तमान में कार्यरत डॉ.बी.के.चन्द्रवंशी, मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी के हस्ताक्षर द्वारा भुगतान हुआ है।
