रायगढ़, 15 मार्च 2024/ नव भारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार के शिक्षा मंत्रालय, स्कूल शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग तथा राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विद्यालयी शिक्षा संस्थान नई दिल्ली की पहल पर 17 मार्च, 2024 दिन-रविवार को प्रात: 10 बजे से सायं 5 बजे तक राष्ट्रव्यापी बुनियादी साक्षरता एवं संख्यात्मक ज्ञान मुल्यांकन परीक्षा आयोजन किया जा रहा है। जिसमें ऐसे शिक्षार्थी जिनका पूर्व में पढऩा-लिखना अभियान अंतर्गत प्रमाणिकरण नहीं हुआ है, जो मोहल्ला साक्षरता केन्द्रों में पूर्व में पढ़ाई किये हैं, वे इस मूल्यांकन परीक्षा में शामिल हो सकते हैं। शिक्षार्थी सुविधानुसार उक्त समय के भीतर परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हो सकते हैं। शिक्षार्थी को प्रश्न पत्र हल करने के लिए 3 घण्टे का समय दिया जायेगा।
उल्लेखनीय है कि राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा निति-2020 में बुनियादी साक्षरता एवं संख्या ज्ञान को प्रमुख रूप से फोकस किया गया है। जिले को शत-प्रतिशत साक्षर करने के उद्देश्य से केन्द्र प्रवर्तीत योजना उल्लास नव भारत साक्षरता का क्रियान्वयन जिला साक्षरता मिशन प्राधिकारण के अध्यक्ष एवं कलेक्टर के कुशल मार्ग दर्शन में प्रारंभ किया गया है। प्रौढ़ शिक्षा अब सबके लिए शिक्षा के रूप में जाना जायेगा। जिसके अंतर्गत जिले के 15 वर्ष एवं उससे अधिक आयु वर्ग के असाक्षरों को साक्षर किया जायेगा। इस योजना में बुनियादी साक्षरता व संख्या ज्ञान, महत्वपूर्ण जीवन कौशल (डिजिटल, वित्तीय, कानूनी, चुनावी, पर्यावरण साक्षरता), कौशल विकास, बुनियादी शिक्षा एवं सतत् शिक्षा योजना के प्रमुख घटक होंगे।
यह कार्यक्रम शिक्षा विभाग के डाईट, समग्र शिक्षा, शिक्षकों व विद्यार्थियों के माध्यम से संचालित होगी। जिसमें विद्यालय इकाई के रूप में कार्य करेंगे। योजना शहरी व ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रों में संचालित होगी। जिसमें सर्वे के माध्यम से स्वयं सेवी शिक्षक और असाक्षरों का चिन्हांकन किया जायेगा एवं उल्लास मोबाईल एप के माध्यम से उनका पंजीयन किया जायेगा। वर्तमान में जिले के सभी विकासखण्डों में सर्वे एवं चिन्हांकन, पंजीयन का कार्य जारी है। जिले में इस सत्र कुल 20 हजार असाक्षरों को साक्षर करने का लक्ष्य प्रदत्त है। यह योजना सत्र 2027 तक संचालित होगी। पंजीकृत शिक्षार्थियों को स्वयं सेवी शिक्षकों के माध्यम से अध्यापन कार्य कराया जायेगा। गांव के पढ़े-लिखे युवा विशेष रूप से कक्षा-9वीं से 12वीं तक के विद्यार्थी, नेहरू युवा केन्द्र के कार्यकर्ता, एन.सी.सी. कैडेट्स, एन.एस.एस. के कार्यकर्ता, मितानिन, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, शिक्षक, सेवा निवृत्त अधिकारी, कर्मचारी या अन्य व्यक्ति जो स्वयं सेवी भावना से कार्य करना चाहते हैं, स्वयं सेवी शिक्षक के रूप में इस योजना से जुड़ सकते हैं।
