‘आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान’ अंतर्गत रेस्पॉन्सिव गवर्नेंस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का जिला स्तरीय शुभारंभ
आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान अंतर्गत सेवा पर्व एवं आदि कर्मयोगी सेवा अभियान का आयोजन 17 सितम्बर से 2 अक्टूबर तक
जिले के 7 विकासखण्डों के 316 आदिवासी बाहुल्य ग्रामों का किया गया चयन
प्रत्येक क्लस्टर में 15 गांवों को किया गया शामिल
9 से 13 सितम्बर के बीच ब्लॉक स्तरीय एवं 15 से 30 सितम्बर तक ग्राम स्तरीय कार्यशालाओं का होगा आयोजन
रायगढ़, 4 सितम्बर 2025/ जिले में जनजातीय समाज के विकास और सशक्तिकरण हेतु जिला प्रशासन एवं आदिवासी विकास विभाग द्वारा ‘आदि कर्मयोगी’ अभियान रेस्पॉन्सिव गवर्नेंस प्रोग्राम का जिला स्तरीय आयोजन कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी की अध्यक्षता में 04 से 06 सितम्बर 2025 तक ईडन गार्डन, बोईरदादर में किया जा रहा है। जिसमें जिले के विभिन्न विकासखण्डों से 79 चयनित ब्लॉक स्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर को राज्य स्तर पर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त जिला स्तर के मास्टर ट्रेनर्स के द्वारा तीन दिनों तक आवासीय प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य जनजातीय क्षेत्र में विकास एवं परिवर्तन के लिए व्यक्तियों और संस्थाओं को सशक्त बनाना है।
कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने आज ‘आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान’ के तहत आयोजित रेस्पॉन्सिव गवर्नेंस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि शासन की सभी योजनाओं का लाभ समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाना प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। जनजातीय समाज के उत्थान के लिए शासन-प्रशासन निरंतर प्रयासरत है और इन अभियानों के माध्यम से आमजन को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जनजातीय समाज के समग्र उत्थान के लिए शासन द्वारा अनेक योजनाएं संचालित की जा रही हैं, जिनके प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार के अभियान न केवल प्रशासनिक दक्षता बढ़ाते हैं, बल्कि जनसेवा के प्रति उत्तरदायित्व को भी मजबूत करते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान के माध्यम से प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को जनसंवेदनशीलता एवं सेवा भावना से कार्य करने हेतु प्रेरित किया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर ने प्रशिक्षणार्थियों से कहा कि प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने उपरांत ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर कर्मयोगी, सहयोगी के रूप में लोगों को तैयार करना है।
सहायक आयुक्त आदिवासी विकास श्री श्रीकांत दुबे ने आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान के क्रियान्वयन के संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान अंतर्गत सेवा पर्व एवं आदि कर्मयोगी सेवा अभियान का आयोजन 17 सितम्बर से 2 अक्टूबर 2025 तक किया जाना है। जिसका उद्देश्य सेवा समर्पण एवं सुशासन की भावना के साथ जमीनी स्तर के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को सशक्त कर नेतृत्व क्षमता को बढ़ाना एवं सेवाओं की प्रदायगी को सशक्त करना है। इस अभियान के तहत जिले के 7 विकासखण्डों के 316 ग्रामोंं का चयन किया गया है। राज्य शासन के निर्देशानुसार 316 ग्रामों को क्लस्टर में विभाजित किया गया है। प्रत्येक क्लस्टर में 15 गांवों को शामिल किया गया है। चिन्हांकित आदिवासी बाहुल्य ग्रामों में आवास, सड़क, पेयजल, स्वच्छता, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य आदि के लिए क्रिटिकल गैप को चिन्हांकित कर इस अभियान के अंतर्गत जिला स्तर पर आदि कर्मयोगी, ब्लाक स्तर पर आदि सहयोगी एवं ग्राम स्तर पर आदि साथी के माध्यम से संतृप्तिकरण का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।
इस अवसर पर डिप्टी डायरेक्टर श्री नरेश मंूदरा, मण्डल संयोजक/नोडल अधिकारी श्री धमेन्द्र बैस, मास्टर टे्रनर श्री अनिल कुमार होता, श्री केनन डेनियल, श्री दुष्यंत मारकण्डेय, श्री भुवनेश्वर पटेल, श्रीमती अर्चना मरकाम सहित विभागीय अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
विकासखण्ड स्तर एवं क्लस्टर पर आयोजित होंगे कार्यशालाएं
आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान के तहत 4 से 6 सितम्बर तक जिला स्तरीय प्रयोगशाला का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। जिसमें सभी 7 विकासखण्डों के 79 विभिन्न विभागों के प्रतिभागी हिस्सा लेंगे। इसके उपरांत 9 से 13 सितम्बर के बीच ब्लॉक स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण एवं 15 से 30 सितम्बर तक ग्राम स्तरीय कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन किया जाएगा। प्रत्येक चिन्हांकित ग्राम में न्यूनतम 20 व्यक्तियों का कैडर तैयार किया जाएगा जो कि ग्राम के सचिव, पंच, स्व सहायता समूह, वन अधिकार समिति, जनजातियों के कल्याण उत्थान हेतु कार्यरत संस्था/संगठन/युवा और स्थानीय समुदाय के लोगों को सम्मिलित किया जाएगा।
