रायगढ़, 07 जनवरी । उर्दना बस्ती में हुए मारपीट और धारदार हथियार से हमले के मामले में कोतवाली पुलिस ने प्रभावी कार्रवाई करते हुए फरार चल रहे दो आरोपियों को आज दिनांक 07 जनवरी 2026 को गिरफ्तार कर रिमांड पर भेज दिया है। इस मामले के मुख्य आरोपी दीपक चौहान को घटना के दूसरे ही दिन कोतवाली पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा जा चुका है। घटना को लेकर आहत नीरज मिंज पिता मानसिंह मिंज उम्र 23 वर्ष निवासी उर्दना बस्ती रायगढ़ ने दिनांक 21 दिसंबर 2025 को थाना कोतवाली में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी। प्रार्थी ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि 21 दिसंबर की रात्रि वह अपने पड़ोसी शिवराज मिंज के साथ बैठकर बातचीत कर रहा था, तभी दीपक चौहान अपने दो साथियों आशिक कुजूर और राकेश कुजूर के साथ स्कूटी से वहां पहुंचा। आरोपियों के हाथ में टांगी जैसा धारदार हथियार था। तीनों ने खानपान के लिए पैसों की मांग की और पैसे नहीं होने की बात कहने पर गाली-गलौच करते हुए मारपीट शुरू कर दी। इसी दौरान आरोपी दीपक चौहान ने अपने हाथ में रखी टांगी से शिवराज मिंज के दाहिने कंधे पर वार कर गंभीर चोट पहुंचाई। शोरगुल सुनकर घर के सदस्य और आसपास के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे और बीच-बचाव किया, जिसके बाद आरोपी स्कूटी से फरार हो गए। प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट पर थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़ में अपराध क्रमांक 667/2025 धारा 119(1), 296, 351(2), 115(2), 3(5) भारतीय न्याय संहिता के तहत मामला पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना प्रारंभ की गई। विवेचना के दौरान पुलिस पेट्रोलिंग पार्टी द्वारा मुख्य आरोपी दीपक चौहान पिता पिताम्बर चौहान उम्र 21 वर्ष निवासी ढिमरापुर चौक दीनदयाल कॉलोनी रायगढ़ को गिरफ्तार कर रिमांड पर भेजा गया था। घटना के बाद से फरार चल रहे उसके दो साथियों आशिक कुजूर और राकेश कुजूर की तलाश लगातार की जा रही थी। आज दिनांक 07 जनवरी 2026 को दोनों आरोपियों को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की गई, जिसमें उन्होंने अपराध घटित करना स्वीकार किया। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में 1. आशिक कुजूर पिता सिलवेस्टर कुजूर उम्र 24 वर्ष निवासी उर्दना डीपापारा रायगढ़ तथा 2. राकेश कुजूर पिता संजय कुजूर उम्र 22 वर्ष निवासी दीनदयाल कॉलोनी ढिमरापुर चौक रायगढ़ शामिल हैं। दोनों आरोपियों को विधिवत गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेज दिया गया है। क्षेत्र में शांति व्यवस्था भंग करने वालों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई आगे भी जारी रहेगी। संपूर्ण कार्यवाही में थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली निरीक्षक सुखनंदन पटेल, उप निरीक्षक दिलीप बेहरा एवं हमराह स्टाफ की अहम भूमिका रही है।
