रायगढ़ । कल दिनांक 24.08.2 को थाना कोतवाली में स्थानीय वृद्ध महिला आकर नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अभिनव उपाध्याय और थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली निरीक्षक शनिप रात्रे को उसके 25 वर्षीय नाती की मानसिक स्थिति सही नहीं होने की जानकारी देकर ईलाज कराने में सहयोग करने का निवेदन की । नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली को अस्वस्थ युवक का चिकित्सकीय परीक्षण कराकर महिला की आवश्यक मदद करने कहा गया । टीआई कोतवाली शनिप रात्रे द्वारा युवक का स्थानीय डॉक्टर से परीक्षण कराकर माननीय सीजेएम कोर्ट रायगढ़ में युवक के मानसिक स्थिति अस्वस्थ होना दर्शाते हुए आवश्यक उपचार के लिए मानसिक उपचार केंद्र सेन्दरी प्रेषित किए जाने हेतु निवेदन किया गया । थाना कोतवाली के प्रतिवेदन पर माननीय न्यायाधीश द्वारा युवक को आवश्यक उपचार के लिए कोतवाली पुलिस के सुपुर्द किया गया जिसे आज थाना कोतवाली के आरक्षक आशीष महंत द्वारा राज्य मानसिक चिकित्सालय सेंदरी बिलासपुर अस्पताल ले जाकर भर्ती कराया गया है ।
