रायगढ़। संपत्ति विरूपण के तहत 4896 बैनर, पोस्टर को निकालने के साथ वाल रायटिंग के ऊपर पेंट कराया गया। इसमें सार्वजनिक स्थानों के 3574 तो निजी स्थानों के 1322 बैनर, पोस्टर व वाल पेटिंग पर कार्रवाई की गई।आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू होने के बाद से ही निगम कमिश्नर श्री सुनील कुमार चंद्रवंशी के निर्देश सार्वजनिक व निजी स्थानों पर राजनीतिक बैनर, पोस्टर व वाल पेंटिंग ऊपर पेंट करने की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई थी। इसमें मुख्य सड़कों, चैक-चैराहों के साथ गली-मोहल्ले में लगे बैनर, पोस्टर, राजनीतिक पार्टी विशेष झंडे, को निकालने के साथ दीवारों पर हुए वाल पेंटिंग को हटाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। इसकी रिपोर्टिंग भी जिला निर्वाचन को प्रति दिवस दी जा रही है। सार्वजनिक स्थानों से अबतक 1006 वाल पेंटिंग, 698 पोस्टर, 590 बैनर और 1280 झंडे, तोरन आदि हटाए गए। इसी तरह निजी स्थानों के 414 वाल पेंटिंग, 335 पोस्टर, 247 बैनर और 326 अन्य पर कार्रवाई की गई। आदर्श आचार संहिता के तहत निजी स्थानों से संबंधित मकान मालिक या भू-स्वामियों से पूछकर ही हटाने या पेंट कराने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसतरह अभी तक 4896 स्थानों से बैनर, पोस्टर, झंडे, तोरन व वाल पेंटिंग हटाए गए हैं। निगम प्रशासन द्वारा राजनीतिक पार्टी विशेष के बैनर, पोस्टर आदि सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर होने पर होने या फिर निजी स्थानों से हटाने के लिए जिला निर्वाचन के कंट्रोल रूम या फिर सीविजिल एप पर शिकायत कर सकते हैं।
