कलेक्टर के निर्देश पर मार्च-अप्रैल में विभिन्न तहसीलों में होंगे शिविर, त्वरित निराकरण पर विशेष जोर 
दोपहर 12 बजे से सायं 4 बजे तक आयोजित होगा शिविर 
रायगढ़, 5 मार्च 2026/ आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित, पारदर्शी और प्रभावी निराकरण के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा “प्रशासन पहुंचेगा जनता के द्वार” अभियान के तहत जिला स्तरीय जनसमस्या निवारण शिविरों की श्रृंखला प्रारंभ की जा रही है। इसकी शुरुआत 6 मार्च को विकासखंड धरमजयगढ़ के तहसील मुख्यालय प्रांगण कापू से होगी। शिविर दोपहर 12 बजे से सायं 4 बजे तक आयोजित होगा, जिसमें आमजन अपनी मांग, शिकायत, आवेदन एवं अन्य आवश्यक प्रकरण सीधे जिला प्रशासन और संबंधित विभागों के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा 12 मार्च को मुकडेगा (लैलूंगा), 13 मार्च को तमनार, 19 मार्च को पुसौर, 20 मार्च को छाल (धरमजयगढ़), 27 मार्च को लैलूंगा, 2 अप्रैल को घरघोड़ा तथा 4 अप्रैल को खरसिया तहसील मुख्यालय में शिविर आयोजित किए जाएंगे। प्रत्येक शिविर में संबंधित विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों, अनुविभागीय अधिकारियों (राजस्व) एवं जनपद पंचायतों के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित की गई है, ताकि अधिकतम प्रकरणों का निराकरण स्थल पर ही किया जा सके।
         शिविर में प्राप्त आवेदनों को मांग एवं शिकायत श्रेणी में वर्गीकृत कर नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जाएगी। जिन प्रकरणों का समाधान शिविर दिवस पर संभव होगा, उनका निराकरण तत्काल कर आवेदक को जानकारी दी जाएगी। शेष प्रकरणों के लिए निश्चित समय-सीमा तय कर संबंधित आवेदकों को सूचित किया जाएगा। शिविर की तिथि से एक सप्ताह के भीतर श्रेणीवार निराकरण रिपोर्ट संबंधित जनपद पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी द्वारा प्रस्तुत की जाएगी। संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया की सतत मॉनिटरिंग जिला स्तर पर की जाएगी, ताकि पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित हो सके। कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने समस्त अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व), जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों तथा सभी जनपद पंचायतों के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा है कि शिविरों का उद्देश्य केवल आवेदन प्राप्त करना नहीं, बल्कि अधिकाधिक प्रकरणों का मौके पर ही समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है। इससे आम नागरिकों को शासकीय कार्यालयों के अनावश्यक चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे और प्रशासन के प्रति विश्वास भी सुदृढ़ होगा।
