रेत और चूनापत्थर के अवैध कारोबार पर कसा शिकंजा

रायगढ़, 15 मई 2026/ कलेक्टर के निर्देश पर जिले में अवैध उत्खनन, परिवहन एवं भण्डारण पर लगातार सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है। सहायक खनि अधिकारी श्री आशीष गड़पाले एवं जिला खनिज जांच दल द्वारा विगत 7 दिनों में व्यापक अभियान चलाकर अवैध खनिज कारोबार में संलिप्त व्यक्तियों और वाहनों पर बड़ी कार्यवाही की गई। कार्रवाई के दौरान रेत एवं चूनापत्थर के अवैध उत्खनन और परिवहन में उपयोग किए जा रहे कुल 17 वाहन एवं मशीनें जप्त की गई हैं। जप्त किए गए वाहनों में 06 हाईवा, 02 ट्रेलर, 05 ट्रेक्टर, 01 ट्रेक्टर लोडर, 02 जेसीबी एवं 01 चैन माउंटेन मशीन शामिल हैं। सभी वाहनों को सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर रायगढ़, थाना खरसिया, थाना घरघोड़ा एवं थाना पूंजीपथरा में रखा गया है।
खनि अधिकारी ने बताया कि खनिज जांच दल द्वारा ग्राम छिरभौना, तहसील घरघोड़ा में श्री विजय कुमार यादव के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करते हुए 01 जेसीबी एवं 03 ट्रेक्टर जप्त किए गए। वहीं ग्राम चन्द्रशेखरपुर, तहसील खरसिया में श्री रितेश गुप्ता के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई कर 01 चैन माउंटेन मशीन, 01 जेसीबी और 02 हाईवा जप्त किए गए। इसी तरह ग्राम लेबड़ा में श्री चेतक पटेल के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करते हुए 01 ट्रेक्टर लोडर एवं 02 हाईवा जप्त किए गए। इसके अतिरिक्त अवैध परिवहन के मामलों में चूनापत्थर के 4 प्रकरण एवं रेत के दो प्रकरणों में हाईवा एवं ट्रेक्टरों पर भी कार्रवाई की गई। सभी प्रकरणों में छत्तीसगढ़ गौण खनिज नियम 2015, खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम 1957 की धारा 21 एवं 23(क) तथा छत्तीसगढ़ खनिज (खनन, परिवहन एवं भण्डारण) नियम 2009 के अंतर्गत दण्डात्मक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। जिला प्रशासन ने खनिज ठेकेदारों एवं परिवहनकर्ताओं को पुनः चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है कि बिना अभिवहन पास के खनिज उत्खनन, परिवहन अथवा भण्डारण करना दण्डनीय अपराध है। जिले में अवैध खनिज गतिविधियों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए आगे भी लगातार अभियान जारी रहेगा।
