सुशासन तिहार शिविर में उमड़ी लोगों की भीड़, 139 आवेदन प्राप्त

राशन कार्ड, महतारी वंदन, पीएम आवास एवं सड़क-नाली निर्माण से जुड़े आवेदन रहे प्रमुख
रायगढ़। सुशासन तिहार अंतर्गत वार्ड क्रमांक 5 एवं 14 से 19 तक के नागरिकों के लिए गौशाला पारा सामुदायिक भवन में आयोजित शिविर में लोगों की भारी भीड़ उमड़ी। शिविर में नागरिकों की समस्याओं एवं मांगों के निराकरण हेतु कुल 139 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें एपीएल राशन कार्ड को बीपीएल में परिवर्तित करने, महतारी वंदन योजना, पेंशन योजना का लाभ दिलाने, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, सड़क एवं नाली निर्माण जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाओं से संबंधित आवेदन प्रमुख रहे।
शिविर में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, खाद्य नागरिक आपूर्ति, विद्युत विभाग, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, महिला एवं बाल विकास, आधार कार्ड अपडेशन, जन्म-मृत्यु एवं विवाह पंजीयन, जिला उद्योग एवं व्यापार सहित करीब 13 विभागों के स्टॉल लगाए गए थे। संबंधित वार्डों के नागरिक बड़ी संख्या में शिविर में पहुंचे और विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं सेवाओं का लाभ लिया।
नागरिकों ने विभिन्न विभागों से जुड़ी समस्याओं एवं मांगों को आवेदन के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया। निगम प्रशासन द्वारा सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए त्वरित निराकरण की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की गई। शिविर स्थल पर ही कई आवेदनों का प्राथमिक स्तर पर निराकरण भी किया गया तथा संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
शिविर का अवलोकन करने पहुंचे महापौर श्री जीवर्धन चौहान ने कहा कि सुशासन तिहार शासन और जनता के बीच विश्वास का मजबूत माध्यम बन रहा है। इस पहल से लोगों को अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए कार्यालयों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ रहे हैं, बल्कि एक ही स्थान पर विभिन्न विभागों की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि शासन की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाना ही इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य है।
सभापति श्री डिग्रीलाल साहू ने कहा कि शिविरों के माध्यम से आम जनता की समस्याओं का त्वरित निराकरण हो रहा है तथा लोगों में शासन के प्रति विश्वास बढ़ा है। उन्होंने नागरिकों से अधिक से अधिक संख्या में शिविरों में पहुंचकर योजनाओं का लाभ लेने की अपील की।
एमआईसी सदस्य श्री मुक्तिनाथ बबुआ ने भी शिविर का निरीक्षण करते हुए कहा कि सुशासन तिहार आम नागरिकों के लिए बेहद उपयोगी पहल है। इससे जरूरतमंद लोगों को शासन की योजनाओं का लाभ सरलता और पारदर्शिता के साथ मिल रहा है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से संवेदनशीलता के साथ आवेदनों का निराकरण करने को कहा।
शिविर के दौरान भाजपा महिला मोर्चा नेत्री श्रीमती दीपमाला गुप्ता, श्रीमती उमा उपाध्याय, उपायुक्त श्री सुतीक्षण यादव, कार्यपालन अभियंता श्री अमरेश लोहिया, विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे तथा नागरिकों को योजनाओं की जानकारी देकर आवेदन प्रक्रिया में सहयोग प्रदान किया गया।

आयुक्त ने ली आवेदनों की समीक्षा, दिए त्वरित निराकरण के निर्देश
नगर निगम आयुक्त श्री बृजेश सिंह क्षत्रिय ने शिविर में प्राप्त आवेदनों की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को प्रत्येक आवेदन का शीघ्र एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण निराकरण सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सुशासन तिहार का उद्देश्य शासन की योजनाओं और सुविधाओं का लाभ सीधे आम नागरिकों तक पहुंचाना है। किसी भी पात्र हितग्राही को योजना के लाभ से वंचित नहीं रहने दिया जाएगा। आयुक्त ने अधिकारियों से समय सीमा के भीतर कार्रवाई कर आवेदकों को राहत प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए।
