रायगढ़, 31 जुलाई 2026। मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश में सुशासन, पारदर्शिता और जनहित को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देते हुए आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं के समयबद्ध निराकरण की दिशा में लगातार प्रभावी पहल की जा रही है। इसी कड़ी में रायगढ़ जिले के तमनार क्षेत्र में जिंदल पावर लिमिटेड की ऐश स्लरी पाइपलाइन से प्रभावित किसानों की लंबे समय से लंबित मांग पर जिला प्रशासन ने संवेदनशीलता और तत्परता के साथ कार्रवाई करते हुए महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि हासिल की है। प्रशासन की पहल पर संबंधित उद्योग ने प्रभावित किसान परिवारों के लिए 40 करोड़ रुपए की पहली किस्त जारी कर दी है, जिससे वर्षों से उचित मुआवजे की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे किसानों को बड़ी राहत मिली है।
रायगढ़ जिले के घरघोड़ा विकासखंड अंतर्गत तमनार क्षेत्र में स्थापित जिंदल पावर लिमिटेड द्वारा ऐश स्लरी पाइपलाइन परियोजना के लिए लगभग 6.7 किलोमीटर लंबी पाइपलाइन बिछाई गई, जिसके लिए चार गांवों के 60 किसान परिवारों की 52.64 एकड़ निजी भूमि का उपयोग किया गया।
किसान लंबे समय से शासन से उचित मुआवजे की मांग कर रहे थे।
प्रभावित किसानों ने अपनी मांग कलेक्टर जनदर्शन सहित विभिन्न माध्यमों से भी आवेदन दिए गए। जनदर्शन में प्राप्त आवेदनों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिला प्रशासन ने पूरे प्रकरण को प्राथमिकता के साथ संज्ञान में लिया।
कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने मामले की विस्तृत जांच के लिए घरघोड़ा के अनुविभागीय राजस्व अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया। जांच के दौरान किसानों की शिकायतें तथा नियमानुसार उचित मुआवजे की मांग तथ्यात्मक रूप से सही पाई गई। इसके बाद कलेक्टर ने जिंदल पावर लिमिटेड के जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों को तलब कर प्रभावित किसानों के वैधानिक हितों के अनुरूप मुआवजा उपलब्ध कराने के स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए।
जिला प्रशासन की सतत पहल, प्रभावी समन्वय और निरंतर अनुश्रवण के परिणामस्वरूप संबंधित उद्योग द्वारा प्रभावित किसान परिवारों के लिए 40 करोड़ रुपए की पहली किस्त जारी कर दी गई।
अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व), घरघोड़ा श्री प्रवीण तिवारी ने बताया कि वर्ष 2025 में संबंधित उद्योग द्वारा किसानों की निजी भूमि पर लगभग 6.7 किलोमीटर लंबी पाइपलाइन बिछाई गई थी। इस परियोजना से तमनार क्षेत्र के बुड़िया, बायंगड़ी, झिकाबहाल एवं लिबरा गांवों के कुल 60 किसान परिवार प्रभावित हुए हैं।
जिंदल पावर लिमिटेड की ऐश स्लरी पाइपलाइन परियोजना से फ्लाई ऐश के वैज्ञानिक परिवहन, सड़क पर भारी वाहनों के दबाव में कमी, धूल प्रदूषण में कमी तथा पर्यावरण संरक्षण जैसे अनेक परिचालन लाभ प्राप्त हो रहे हैं। वहीं जिला प्रशासन ने यह भी सुनिश्चित किया कि विकास परियोजनाओं के साथ किसानों के वैधानिक अधिकारों और हितों का पूर्ण संरक्षण हो तथा उन्हें नियमानुसार उचित मुआवजा उपलब्ध कराया जाए।
रायगढ़ जिला प्रशासन की यह पहल राज्य शासन की पारदर्शिता जनकेंद्रित और जवाबदेह प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था का सशक्त उदाहरण बनकर सामने आई है, जिसने प्रभावित किसानों को राहत पहुंचाते हुए शासन के प्रति उनका विश्वास और अधिक मजबूत किया है।
