फर्जी बिल–वाउचर बनाकर कंपनी को पहुंचाई थी लाखों की आर्थिक क्षति, 4 माह से चल रहा था फरार
कोतवाली पुलिस की सटीक मुखबिर सूचना पर दरोगापारा से दबोचा गया आरोपी दीपक शर्मा
एसएसपी श्री शशि मोहन सिंह के निर्देशन में फरार आरोपियों पर लगातार जारी है कार्रवाई
31 जुलाई, रायगढ़। वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री शशि मोहन सिंह के दिशा-निर्देशन में संचालित "ऑपरेशन क्लीन हंट" के तहत कोतवाली पुलिस को धोखाधड़ी अपराध के एक चर्चित मामले में बड़ी सफलता मिली है। ट्रांसपोर्ट कंपनी से ₹32 लाख की धोखाधड़ी कर लंबे समय से फरार चल रहे आरोपी दीपक शर्मा को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेज दिया गया है। आरोपी गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए लगातार ठिकाने बदलकर छिप रहा था, लेकिन कोतवाली पुलिस की सतर्क निगरानी और मुखबिर तंत्र की सटीक सूचना के आधार पर उसे दरोगापारा से दबोच लिया गया। जानकारी के अनुसार 24 मार्च 2026 को श्रीराम ट्रांसपोर्ट, ढिमरापुर चौक रायगढ़ के संचालक कमल किशोर शाह ने थाना कोतवाली में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी कि उनके यहां कार्यरत प्रकाश मिश्रा एवं दीपक शर्मा ट्रांसपोर्ट वाहनों के बिल-वाउचर तैयार कर भुगतान के लिए प्रस्तुत करते थे। भुगतान के दौरान एक ही क्रमांक के कई वाउचर मिलने पर जांच की गई, जिसमें सितंबर 2025 से लगातार फर्जीवाड़ा सामने आया। जांच में पाया गया कि एक ही वाउचर नंबर पर अलग-अलग वाहनों के नाम से डुप्लीकेट वाउचर तैयार कर भुगतान कराया गया तथा संदीप बंसल, जासमिन बंजारा, नेहा चौहान, सूर्यकांत अग्रवाल, कमल बसोड़ एवं प्रियंका गुप्ता के खातों का उपयोग कर कंपनी से करीब ₹32 लाख की राशि धोखाधड़ी से निकाली गई। इस पर *थाना कोतवाली में अपराध क्रमांक 187/2026 के तहत धारा 316(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 60 बीएनएस* के अंतर्गत अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना प्रारंभ की गई। विवेचना के दौरान प्रस्तुत बिल-वाउचरों में अंकित वाहन नंबरों का सत्यापन क्षेत्रीय परिवहन कार्यालय से कराया गया। जांच में कई वाहन नंबर दोपहिया एवं छोटे निजी वाहनों के निकले, जिनका श्रीराम ट्रांसपोर्ट अथवा माल परिवहन कार्य से कोई संबंध नहीं था। वाहन स्वामियों ने भी पुलिस को स्पष्ट बताया कि उन्होंने कभी उक्त ट्रांसपोर्ट कंपनी के लिए कोई परिवहन कार्य नहीं किया। ऑपरेशन क्लीन हंट के तहत फरार आरोपियों की लगातार तलाश की जा रही थी। इसी दौरान मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि फरार *आरोपी दीपक शर्मा पिता शंकरलाल शर्मा, उम्र 32 वर्ष, निवासी दरोगापारा, रायगढ़* अपने मोहल्ले में देखा गया है। सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस टीम ने तत्काल दबिश देकर 29 जुलाई 2026 को उसे हिरासत में लिया। पूछताछ में आरोपी ने स्वीकार किया कि वह श्रीराम ट्रांसपोर्ट में कार्यरत ऑपरेटर प्रकाश मिश्रा के साथ मिलकर फर्जी बिल-वाउचर तैयार करता था और विभिन्न वाहन नंबरों का उपयोग कर भुगतान करवाता था। आरोपी ने बताया कि जिन लोगों के खातों में राशि भेजी जाती थी, वे कमीशन काटकर शेष रकम वापस उसके और प्रकाश मिश्रा द्वारा बताए गए बैंक खातों, क्यूआर कोड एवं फोन-पे नंबरों पर ट्रांसफर कर देते थे। आरोपी के अनुसार करीब ₹32 लाख की धोखाधड़ी में से लगभग ₹16-17 लाख प्रकाश मिश्रा एवं दीपक प्रधान को दिए गए, जबकि उसे लगभग ₹15 लाख प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से करीब ₹4 लाख उसने अपनी मां के इलाज में तथा शेष राशि घूमने-फिरने एवं व्यक्तिगत खर्चों में खर्च कर दी। पर्याप्त साक्ष्य मिलने पर आरोपी को विधिवत गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया। फरार आरोपी की पतासाजी एवं गिरफ्तारी में उप निरीक्षक ऐनु देवांगन, प्रशिक्षु उप निरीक्षक हर्ष चंद्राकर, एएसआई कोसो सिंह, आरक्षक कमलेश यादव एवं आरक्षक कोमल तिवारी की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही। कोतवाली पुलिस द्वारा प्रकरण के अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश एवं मामले में आगे की वैधानिक कार्रवाई जारी है।
