रायगढ़, 24 अगस्त 2023/ छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी एवं जन कल्याणकारी योजना महात्मा गांधी ग्रामीण औद्योगिक पार्क (रीपा) ग्रामीण युवाओं के उद्यमी बनने के सपने को साकार करने का मौका दे रही है। रीपा योजना के माध्यम से ग्रामीण उद्यमियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए शेड, भवन निर्माण, बिना ब्याज के लोन, व्यवसाय करने हेतु उचित मार्गदर्शन प्रदाय किया जा रहा है। यही कारण है कि आज रीपा योजना से ग्रामीण युवाओं एवं महिला समूहों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर खुल रहे है। रायगढ़ जिले के ग्राम पंचायत डोंगीतराई के श्री जय प्रकाश पटेल रीपा योजना के तहत 25 लाख रूपये की लागत से मिलेट, अनाज प्रोसेसिंग एवं पैकेजिंग यूनिट स्थापित कर जिले में आज एक सफल उद्यमी के रूप में अपनी पहचान बनायी है। जिसमें मुख्यत: बैंक द्वारा 10 लाख रुपये, पीएमईजीपी के अंतर्गत 5 लाख एवं 10 लाख रीपा द्वारा सहयोग किया गया। ज्ञात हो कि श्री जय प्रकाश पटेल एक सामान्य कृषक परिवार से है। जिसमें वे अपने पिता के साथ बचपन से कृषि कार्य में हाथ बटाते थे। जिसकी वजह से उन्हें कृषि कार्य का एक अच्छा अनुभव है। कृषि कार्य करने के साथ ही उन्होंने एमए तक अपनी पढ़ाई भी पूरी कर ली। किसानों की आय बढ़ाने एवं अन्य वैकल्पिक खेती को अपनाने का भी उन्होंने सपना संजोया था। पढ़ाई पूरी करने के पश्चात उन्होंने फसल बाजार कंपनी मे सेल्स मेन की नौकरी की एवं कृषि उत्पादों को बेचने के गुर सीखे। उन्हें अपने सपनों की उड़ान रीपा योजना से जुडऩे के पश्चात मिली। जहां उन्हे रीपा की सहायता से अपने मिलेट एवं अनाज प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट लगाने हेतु धन राशि, शेड भवन और उचित मार्गदर्शन मिला। आज जय प्रकाश पटेल प्रति दिन 400-500 किलो मिलेट जैसे कोदो, बाजरा, रागी आदि प्रोसेस एवं पैक करके बाजार में विक्रय कर रहे हैं। साथ ही वे आसपास के अनेकों किसानों को कोदो एवं अन्य मिलेट के उत्पादन हेतु प्रोत्साहित कर रहे है, ताकि किसानों को कम लागत में अधिक आमदनी हो सके। श्री जय प्रकाश पटेल अब तक 7 लाख रूपये से अधिक की बिक्री कर लगभग 90 हजार रूपये तक का शुद्ध मुनाफा प्राप्त कर चुके है। इसी तरह रीपा योजना से जुड़कर अन्य युवा भी अपने सपने को पूर्ण करने में सफल हो रहे हैं। यह सब शासन की रीपा योजना से हो पाया है
