अप्रारंभ और दूसरी किस्त प्राप्त आवासों की हुई ग्राम स्तर पर समीक्षा, हितग्राहियों से सीधे संवाद कर तय की गई समय–सीमा
घर-घर पहुंचकर किया निरीक्षण, आवास निर्माण में लापरवाही पर अधिकारियों को सतत मॉनिटरिंग के निर्देश
रायगढ़, 15 जुलाई 2026/ प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत आवासों का निर्माण कार्य समय पर पूर्ण कराने के उद्देश्य से कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के निर्देश पर जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री अभिजीत बबन पठारे ने जनपद पंचायत पुसौर के ग्राम पंचायत कोड़ातराई का दौरा कर प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत अप्रारंभ आवासों तथा दूसरी किस्त प्राप्त कर चुके हितग्राहियों के आवासों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि जिन हितग्राहियों ने अभी तक आवास निर्माण प्रारंभ नहीं किया है, वे आगामी सात दिनों के भीतर निर्माण कार्य अनिवार्य रूप से शुरू करें तथा दूसरी किस्त प्राप्त कर चुके हितग्राही निर्धारित समय-सीमा में अपने आवास पूर्ण करें।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री पठारे ने ग्राम में चौपाल आयोजित कर हितग्राहियों से सीधे संवाद किया। उन्होंने जमीन पर बैठकर प्रत्येक हितग्राही की स्थिति की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी ली तथा एक-एक स्वीकृत आवास की प्रगति की विस्तार से समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना केवल एक निर्माण योजना नहीं, बल्कि जरूरतमंद परिवारों को सम्मानजनक एवं सुरक्षित आवास उपलब्ध कराने का महत्वपूर्ण अभियान है। इसलिए सभी हितग्राही निर्धारित समय-सीमा में निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ एवं पूर्ण करें। सीईओ श्री पठारे ने अधिकारियों एवं पंचायत अमले को निर्देशित किया कि प्रत्येक अप्रारंभ आवास की नियमित निगरानी की जाए तथा हितग्राहियों को निर्माण कार्य में आने वाली समस्याओं का तत्काल समाधान उपलब्ध कराया जाए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिन हितग्राहियों को योजना के अंतर्गत दूसरी किस्त जारी हो चुकी है, वे निर्माण कार्य में किसी प्रकार की शिथिलता न बरतें और शीघ्रता से अपने आवास पूर्ण करें।
सीईओ श्री पठारे ने ग्राम में घर-घर पहुंचकर अप्रारंभ आवास वाले हितग्राहियों के निवास का निरीक्षण भी किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ नहीं होने के कारणों की जानकारी ली तथा संबंधित हितग्राहियों को सात दिनों के भीतर कार्य शुरू करने के लिए प्रेरित करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्रत्येक हितग्राही के साथ निरंतर संपर्क बनाए रखें और प्रतिदिन प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए निर्माण कार्य को गति प्रदान करें। इस अवसर पर अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री महेश पटेल, मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जनपद पंचायत पुसौर श्री विवेक गोस्वामी सहित विभागीय अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
