सारंगढ़-बिलाईगढ़, 14 दिसंबर 2023/कलेक्टर डॉ. फरिहा आलम सिद्दीकी के निर्देशन में कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा (वीबीएसवाय) का प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम तीन पालियों में आयोजित किया गया। प्रथम पाली का प्रशिक्षण दोपहर 12 बजे द्वितीय 1 और तृतीय 3.30 बजे आयोजित किया गया। अपर कलेक्टर निष्ठा पांडेय तिवारी, संयुक्त कलेक्टर प्रकाश भारद्वाज और परियोजना निदेशक हरिशंकर चौहान ने तीनों पालियों में अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित किया।
