रायगढ़, 16 दिसम्बर2023/ वर्चुअल एवं फिजिकल दोनों माध्यमों से आज नेशनल लोक अदालत का आयोजन जिला न्यायालय रायगढ़ सहित तहसील न्यायालय सारंगढ़, घरघोड़ा, खरसिया तथा बिलाईगढ़ एवं भटगांव में किया गया। तहसील धरमजयगढ़ का न्यायालय रिक्त होने से वहॉ के प्रकरणों का निराकरण तहसील घरघोड़ा में किया गया। 
           जिला मुख्यालय रायगढ़ के न्यायालयीन परिसर में जिला न्यायाधीश श्री अरविन्द कुमार सिन्हा के द्वारा दीप प्रज्जवलित कर नेशनल लोक अदालत का शुभारम्भ किया गया। इस अवसर पर प्रधान न्यायाधीश, परिवार न्यायालय, समस्त अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट तथा अन्य समस्त न्यायाधीशगण, सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण सहित जिला अधिवक्ता संघ से अधिवक्तागण तथा राजीनामा हेतु उपस्थित पक्षकारगण, न्यायालयीन एवं विधिक प्राधिकरण के स्टॉफ उपस्थित रहे। 
          जिला एवं तहसील न्यायालयों को मिलाकर कुल 24 खण्डपीठों का गठन किया गया। श्रम न्यायालय एवं किशोर न्याय बोर्ड का भी खण्डपीठ गठन किया गया। जिला रायगढ़ एवं सारंगढ़-बिलाईगढ़ के राजस्व न्यायालयों में भी खण्डपीठों का गठन हुआ है। जिला एवं तहसील न्यायालयों में विभिन्न प्रकृति के राजीनामा योग्य मामले जैसे- मोटर दुर्घटना दावा प्रकरण, बैंक वसूली के प्रकरण, आपराधिक मामले, विद्युत मामले, श्रम विवाद, पारिवारिक विवाद, चेक अनादरण, सिविल मामले के साथ-साथ आपदा प्रबन्धन अधिनियम 2005 एवं अन्य छोटे अपराधों के मामले, जिसमें यातायात उल्लंघन के मामलों को भी शामिल करते हुए खण्डपीठों में लंबित प्रकरण 3304 एवं प्रीलिटिगेशन प्रकरण 27723 को राजीनामा के आधार पर निराकरण हेतु लोक अदालत में रखा गया। 
          रखे गये कुल 31027 प्रकरणों में से लंबित 2522 एवं प्रीलिटिगेशन 20365 प्रकरण निराकृत हुये। इस प्रकार कुल 22887 प्रकरणों का निराकरण, जिला न्यायालय, परिवार न्यायालय, श्रम न्यायालय, किशोर न्याय बोर्ड, उपभोक्ता फोरम रायगढ़ एवं तहसील स्थित ब्यवहार न्यायालय सारंगढ़, घरघोड़ा, खरसिया, भटगांव, बिलाईगढ़ न्यायालय में राजीनामा के आधार पर किया गया और उन प्रकरणा़ें के अंतर्गत कुल 4 करोड़ 83 लाख 84 हजार 235 रूपये का सेटलमेंट हुआ। राजस्व न्यायालयों में खातेदारों के मध्य आपसी बंटवारे के मामले, वारिसों के मध्य बंटवारे के मामले, कब्जे के आधार पर बंटवारा के मामले, दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता 145 के कार्यवाही के मामले, विक्रयपत्र/दानपत्र/वसीयतनामा के आधार पर नामान्तरण के मामले एवं शेष अन्य प्रकृति के कुल 20293 मामले रखे गये जिनमें से 20230 मामलों का निराकरण आज की लोक अदालत में राजस्व न्यायालयों की गठित खण्डपीठ द्वारा किया गया। जिसमें तीन प्रकरणों में नौ किसानों को मुआवजा राशि 59 लाख 38 हजार 238 रूपये वितरित किये गये। इस लोक अदालत में विशेष यह रही कि राजीनामा के आधार पर न्यायालयों में लम्बित 05 वर्ष से अधिक अवधि के 13 प्रकरण तथा वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के 04 प्रकरणों का निराकरण हुआ।
