रायगढ़, 30 जुलाई 2024/ खरसिया विकासखंड के बरगढ़ के आदिम जाति सेवा सहकारी समिति मर्या. बरगढ़ वि.ख.खरसिया, जिला-रायगढ़ के सहायक समिति प्रबंधक शिवकुमार डनसेना, कम्प्यूटर आपरेटर भोलाराम जायसवाल, एवं कम्प्यूटर आपरेटर शेषकुमार जायसवाल को अवैध धान खरीदी की शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर निलंबित कर दिया गया है।
इस संबंध में उप आयुक्त सहकारिता श्री चंद्रशेखर जायसवाल से प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार आदिम जाति सेवा सहकारी समिति मर्या.बरगढ़ वि.ख.खरसिया, जिला-रायगढ़ के सहायक समिति प्रबंधक शिवकुमार डनसेना, कम्प्यूटर आपरेटर भोलाराम जायसवाल एवं कम्प्यूटर आपरेटर शेषकुमार जायसवाल द्वारा षड्यंत्र पूर्वक अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के नाम फर्जी पंजीयन करने तथा मृत व्यक्तियों के नाम से भूमिहिन व्यक्तियों का फर्जी कृषक पंजीयन कर, फर्जी रूप से धान विक्रय कर, शासन को आर्थिक हानि पहुंचाने के संबंध में शिकायत मिली थी।
मामले की जांच में किसान पंजीयन वर्ष 2023-24 के दौरान उक्त तीनों कर्मचारियों द्वारा गजालाल उरांव पिता तीजराम उरांव के भूमिस्वामी नहीं होने के उपरांत भी गजालाल उरांव के नाम से रकबा पंजीयन कर धान की खरीदी की गई एवं धान की राशि का भुगतान किया जाना प्रमाणित पाया गया। जो कि खाद्य नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं उपभोक्त सरंक्षण विभाग नवा रायपुर के द्वारा जारी धान उपार्जन नीति 2023-24 का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है तथा उक्त कृत्य घोर लापरवाही की श्रेणी में आता है। प्रस्तुत जांच प्रतिवेदन अनुसार उप आयुक्त सहकारिता जिला-रायगढ़ द्वारा किसान पंजीयन में फर्जी रकबा पंजीयन कर धान खरीदी करने वाले कर्मचारियों के विरूद्ध नियमानुसार कार्यवाही करने हेतु पत्र जारी किया गया था। जिसके पश्चात प्राधिकृत अधिकारी, आदिम जाति सेवा सहकारी समिति मर्या.बरगढ़ द्वारा कार्यवाही करते हुए संस्था के पारित प्रस्ताव के तहत सहायक समिति प्रबंधक शिवकुमार डनसेना, कम्प्यूटर आपरेटर भोलाराम जायसवाल एवं कम्प्यूटर आपरेटर शेषकुमार जायसवाल को संस्था में धारित पद से निलंबित कर दिया गया है।
