रायगढ़, 21 जनवरी 2026/ जिले में कुपोषण की दर में प्रभावी कमी लाने तथा गंभीर रूप से कुपोषित बच्चों को सामान्य स्वास्थ्य श्रेणी में लाने के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा महत्वपूर्ण पहल की जा रही है। इसी क्रम में खनन प्रभावित क्षेत्र तमनार एवं कापू में दो पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्र के संचालन की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के निर्देशानुसार जिला खनिज न्यास मद से तमनार में 14 लाख 70 हजार रुपये एवं कापू में 19 लाख 50 हजार रुपये की लागत से 10-10 बिस्तरीय पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्र संचालित किए जाएंगे। इन केंद्रों के प्रारंभ होने से क्षेत्र में निवासरत गंभीर कुपोषित बच्चों को समय पर गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य एवं पोषण सेवाएं उपलब्ध हो सकेंगी।
बता दे कि पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्र 5 वर्ष से कम आयु के गंभीर रूप से कुपोषित बच्चों के लिए एक विशेष स्वास्थ्य इकाई है, जहां बच्चों को उनकी माताओं अथवा देखभालकर्ताओं के साथ भर्ती कर विशेष चिकित्सीय उपचार, संतुलित आहार, नियमित स्वास्थ्य निगरानी एवं पोषण प्रबंधन की समुचित व्यवस्था की जाती है। इसके साथ ही माताओं को बच्चों की घर पर बेहतर देखभाल, पोषण, स्वच्छता एवं स्वास्थ्य संबंधी आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाता है। पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्र में भर्ती होने की दशा में बच्चे के साथ अटेंडर के रूप में आए उसके एक परिजन को भोजन तथा 15 दिन तक 150 रूपये प्रतिदिन के आधार पर सहायता राशि भी दी जाती है। गौरतलब है कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय के नेतृत्व में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य को कुपोषण मुक्त बनाने के लिए शासन द्वारा निरंतर प्रभावी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। रायगढ़ जिले में पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्रों के विस्तार से गंभीर कुपोषण के विरुद्ध चलाए जा रहे अ
