रायगढ़, 4 जनवरी 2025/ जिला रायगढ़ के न्यायिक विरासत में जुड़ा एक नया अध्याय छ.ग.उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधिपति एवं जिला रायगढ़ के माननीय पोर्ट फोलियो जज की वर्चुअल उपस्थिति में रायगढ़ जिला के न्यायाधीशों के निवास हेतु आवास, तहसील घरघोड़ा में अतिरिक्त न्यायालय कक्ष एवं कर्मचारियों के लिए निवास हेतु आवास बिल्डिंग का उद्घाटन एवं जिला रायगढ़ के जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय परिसर में न्याय सदन का शिलान्यास हुआ।
4 जनवरी 2025 को प्रात: 10 बजे से माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधिपति महोदय द्वारा अपने वर्चुअल उद्बोधन में राज्य के समस्त न्यायिक अधिकारियों, प्रशासनिक एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों एवं अन्य उपस्थित अतिथियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज हर्ष का विषय है कि रामपुर रायगढ़ में न्यायाधीशों के लिये आवास, तहसील घरघोड़ा में नवीन अतिरिक्त न्यायालय कक्ष, तहसील घरघोड़ा में कर्मचारियों के आवास का उद्घाटन एवं न्याय सदन का शिलान्यास किया जा रहा है और माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधिपति महोदय ने अपने उद्बोधन में सभी को इस संबंध में शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि हमने एक लक्ष्य के रूप में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य को बेहतर अधोसंरचना प्रदान करने का संकल्प लिया है जिसमें कदम बढा़ते हुये आज जिला रायगढ़ में उक्त शुभारंभ एवं शिलान्यास किया जा रहा है जिसका प्रमुख उद्देश्य न्यायपालिका को बेहतर स्थितियां प्रदान करते हुए पक्षकारों को न्याय प्रदान करने की गति को तीव्र किया जाना है।
माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधिपति श्री रमेश सिन्हा ने अपने उद्बोधन में यह भी कहा कि छ.ग.उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधिपति एवं पोर्ट फोलियो माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री संजय के.अग्रवाल के द्वारा हर स्तर पर अपना सहयोग प्रदान किया जाता रहा है। अंत में उन्होंने सभी को शुभकामनाएं देते हुये कहा कि जिला न्यायपालिका को सर्व सुविधायुक्त अधोसंरचना प्रदान करने का उद्देश्य परिपूर्ण होना चाहिये जिससे न्याय प्राप्ति के दरवाजे का पथ हर एक पक्षकार को सुगमता से प्राप्त हो। प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश श्री जितेन्द्र कुमार जैन के द्वारा स्वागत उद्बोधन दिया गया एवं श्रीमती प्रतिभा वर्मा जिला एवं अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश द्वारा आभार प्रदर्शन किया गया।
