रायगढ़, 24 जुलाई 2024/ राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 को 4 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में मूल भावनाओं को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से शिक्षण सप्ताह के अंतर्गत आज स्वामी आत्मानंद उत्कृष्ट अंग्रेजी माध्यम विद्यालय कोतरा में कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल के निर्देशन में जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी तरसिला एक्का, डीएमसी नरेंद्र चौधरी, एपीसी भुवनेश्वर पटेल, एपीसी आलोक स्वर्णकार के नेतृत्व में प्राचार्य जे.एल. नायक के मार्गदर्शन में खेल और फिटनेस के महत्व पर क्विज प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन कराया गया। जिसमें चारों हाउस, अरपा, शिवनाथ, महानदी, इंद्रावती के विद्यार्थियों ने बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया। अरपा हाउस के विद्यार्थी ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया। निर्णायक के रूप में व्याख्याता विमला भगत एवं व्याख्याता सीताराम गुप्ता ने अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। वरिष्ठ व्याख्याता विजय कुमार प्रधान ने खेल के महत्व का जीवन में प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि खेल और फिटनेस खेल खेलना आम तौर पर आपकी फिटनेस और स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाने का एक शानदार तरीका है। खेलने से न सिर्फ आपका शरीर स्वस्थ रहता है बल्कि आपका मन और मानसिक स्वास्थ भी बेहतर रहता है। दरअसल खेल जैसे गतिविधियां आपके ब्लड सर्कुलेशन, मूड और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को सही करती हैं। स्वस्थ शरीर में ही स्वस्थ दिमाग निवास करता है। कार्यक्रम संयोजक व्याख्याता बीर सिंह ने पूरे कार्यक्रम का संचालन किया। इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में व्याख्याता श्यामा पटेल, नीलू भारद्वाज, अनीता रजनी एक्का, आशु खूंटे, माधुरी नायक एवं सभी का योगदान सराहनीय रहा।
