रायगढ़, 28 अप्रैल 2024/ आने वाले समय में विभिन्न बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित किए जाएंगे। परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित होने के पूर्व तनाव एक स्वाभाविक प्रक्रिया है, किंतु कई बार बच्चे उस तनाव के चलते अवसाद ग्रस्त हो जाते हैं। यह समय बच्चों एवं पालकों के लिए बहुत ही संवेदनशील होता है तथा तनाव में रहने के कारण विद्यार्थियों द्वारा कोई अप्रिय निर्णय लिए जाने की आशंका बढ़ जाती है। जैसे-जैसे बोर्ड परीक्षा परिणाम के दिन नजदीक आते जा रहे हैं, छात्रों के दिलों की धड़कन बढ़ने लगी है। 10वीं और 12वीं के छात्रों के चेहरे पर चिंता व तनाव साफ तौर पर देखा जा सकता है। लेकिन यह तनाव कई बार घातक भी साबित हो जाता है। यही कारण है कि इस वक्त छात्रों का ध्यान रखना बेहद जरूरी है। उनके डर को समझना, उनसे बात करते रहना,और उनके मन में पनप रहे भावी परीक्षा परिणाम से उत्पन्न तनाव व अवसाद को दूर करने हेतु सार्थक व उपचारात्मक प्रयास व पहल करना उतना ही जरूरी। इसी तारतम्य में शिक्षा विभाग ने पालक शिक्षक बैठक/पीटीएम समय-समय पर लिए जाने की प्राथमिकता तय की है। इस संबंध में विभाग द्वारा यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि छात्र और पालकों को जागरूक करने हेतु दक्षता विकास प्रशिक्षण/ पीटीएम आयोजित किया जाए ताकि, किसी अप्रिय स्थिति से निपटने के लिए सार्थक प्रयास किया जा सके। इस हेतु यह बात विद्यार्थियों तथा माता-पिता तक पहुंचाना बेहद लाजमी है कि, परीक्षा परिणाम रिजल्ट आशा अनुरूप न होना जीवन का कोई अंतिम परीक्षा रिजल्ट नहीं है। हमारे समझ बहुत से ऐसे उदाहरण है जिन्होंने शिक्षा के दौरान अच्छा प्रदर्शन नहीं किया है किंतु वे जीवन में अत्यंत सफल रहे हैं। तथा वह हमारे प्रेरणा स्रोत रहे हैं। इस हेतु जन जागरण एवं सकारात्मक माहौल बच्चों एवं पालकों के मध्य लाना है। पालक बच्चों पर अनावश्यक दबाव न बनाएं और न ही नकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया देवे।ध्यान रखें तनाव ग्रसित बच्चों में पूर्व से ही कुछ लक्षण दिखाई देने लगते हैं यथा, शांत (मौन) रहना, अकेले गुमसुम रहना, किसी काम में मन ना लगना, चिड़चिड़ापन, भूख नहीं लगना,आदि। इन तथ्यों के आधार पर हमें समुचित निगरानी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करते हुए ध्यान रखना है। इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्य में बोर्ड कक्षाओं के कक्षा शिक्षकों, पालकों,आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं, मितानिनों, स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं एवं अन्य शासकीय अमलों का सहयोग लेना है जो शिक्षा से इस कार्य में जुड़ना चाहते हैं। यदि किसी भी विद्यार्थी में तनाव के लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं और परामर्श की आवश्यकता प्रतीत होती है तो, छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल रायपुर के टोल फ्री नंबर 1800 23 34363 पर दिनांक 1 मई से 15 मई तक समय प्रातः 10:30 बजे से सायं 5:00 तक तथा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य हेल्पलाइन टेलीमानस टोल फ्री नंबर 14416 पर 24/7 संपर्क कर निःशुल्क परामर्श प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल द्वारा चिन्हांकित मनोवैज्ञानिक चिकित्सकों, करियर सलाहकार, तथा एससीईआरटी के विशेष एकेडमिक सहयोग से ऑनलाइन दक्षता विकास प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन दिनांक 29 अप्रैल 2024 समय दोपहर 12:00 से किया जा रहा है । जिसका वेब लिंक विकासखंड शिक्षा अधिकारी, बीआरसी छत्तीसगढ़ के माध्यम से सर्व संबंधित शिक्षकों को भेजा जाएगा। शिक्षा विभाग के इस सार्थक प्रयास से विद्यार्थियों एवं अभिभावकों को एक साथ इस दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण योगदान प्रदान कर सकते हैं। प्रशिक्षण/ पीटीएम के दौरान आदर्श आचार संहिता का अनिवार्यता पालन भी सुनिश्चित करना होगा।
रायगढ़ जिले के सभी स्कूलों में कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल एवं सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव के निर्देश पर आगामी दिनांक : 30 अप्रैल 2024 को प्रातः 08 से 10 बजे के बीच शिक्षक-पालक सम्मेलन आयोजित होगा जिसमें राज्य कार्यालय के निर्देशानुसार आयोजित किया जायेगा। जिसमें परीक्षा परिणाम के कारण होने वाले तनाव के संबंध में पालकों को जागरूक किया जावेगा। इस संबंध में ऑनलाइन बैठक लेकर डीईओ, सहायक संचालक, डीएमसी एवं एपीसी ने सभी प्राचार्यो एवं सीएसी को निर्देशित किया है।
