जिले के 312 लावारिस खातों से 3.46 करोड़ रुपए का हुआ निराकरण

कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने कहा–जनता की छूटी हुई हर पूँजी वापस दिलाना शासन की प्राथमिकता

कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के निर्देशन और छत्तीसगढ़ शासन की वित्तीय सशक्तिकरण नीति को गति देते हुए रायगढ़ जिले में “आपकी पूँजी, आपका अधिकार” अभियान के तहत लावारिस एवं निष्क्रिय खातों के निपटान में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति दर्ज की गई है। जिले के 312 खातों में जमा कुल 3.46 करोड़ रुपए का सफलतापूर्वक निराकरण कर राशि उनके वास्तविक हकदारों को लौटाई गई।
वित्तीय सेवा विभाग, वित्त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के निर्देशानुसार शुक्रवार को टीआर संस, बिज़नेस हब, एक्सिस बैंक के पास, ढिमरापुर रोड में जिला स्तरीय विशेष शिविर आयोजित किया गया। देशभर के 95 जिलों में आज एक साथ इस अभियान के शिविर हुए। रायगढ़ जिले के शिविर में महत्वपूर्ण रूप से “आपकी पूँजी, आपका अधिकार” पुस्तिका का विमोचन भी किया गया।
शिविर में रिज़र्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की रीजनल डायरेक्टर श्रीमती रीनी अजीत ने उपस्थित नागरिकों को अभियान के उद्देश्य समझाते हुए बताया कि बिना दावे वाली वित्तीय संपत्तियों को शीघ्र, पारदर्शी और समयबद्ध तरीके से उनके असल वैध धारकों तक पहुँचाना सरकार और आरबीआई की प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि आमजन की सुविधा के लिए उद्गम पोर्टल को आधुनिक और सरल बनाया गया है, जिसके माध्यम से एक ही क्लिक में 30 बैंकों के अनक्लेम्ड डिपॉजिट अकाउंट देखे जा सकते हैं।
आरबीआई के सहायक महाप्रबंधक श्री दीपेश तिवारी ने पोर्टल के उपयोग की विस्तृत प्रक्रिया बताते हुए कहा कि निष्क्रिय खातों को दावा आवेदन और केवाईसी दस्तावेज जमा कर आसानी से पुनः सक्रिय किया जा सकता है।

रायगढ़ जिले में अब तक 79,562 ऐसे बैंक खाते चिन्हित किए गए हैं जिन पर वर्षों से कोई दावा नहीं किया गया है। इन खातों में कुल 37.14 करोड़ रुपए की राशि जमा है। भारत सरकार एवं छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के निर्देशों और कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के मार्गदर्शन में जिला प्रशासन और बैंक संयुक्त रूप से सक्रियता से कार्य कर रहे हैं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप 3.46 करोड़ रुपये की अदावाकृत राशि का निपटान संभव हो सका है।
भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा अधिकतम 3.11 करोड़ रुपये की राशि का निपटान किया गया, जिससे बड़ी संख्या में नागरिकों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ मिला। कई परिवार इस राशि का उपयोग शिक्षा, चिकित्सा और अन्य आवश्यकताओं के लिए कर सकेंगे।
कलेक्टर श्री चतुर्वेदी ने कहा कि जनता की छूटी हुई हर पूँजी वापस दिलाना शासन की प्राथमिकता में शामिल है।

शिविर में मिला त्वरित समाधान प्रमाणपत्र भी वितरित

विशेष शिविर में 250 से अधिक नागरिक पहुंचे। जिन खाताधारकों के दस्तावेज पूर्ण थे, उनके दावे का तत्काल निपटान करते हुए उन्हें प्रमाणपत्र भी सौंपे गए। आधार-पैन से सत्यापन, दावा फॉर्म भरना और निष्क्रिय खातों को सक्रिय करने की पूरी प्रक्रिया शिविर स्थल पर ही पूर्ण कराई गई।
अभियान के तहत जिले के सभी 7 विकासखंडों में शिविर का आयोजन किया जा चुका है। दो विशेष शिविर कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय में शासकीय खातों के पुनः सक्रियकरण के लिए किया गया है एवं चार जागरूकता शिविर लगाया जा चुका है। शिविर में अग्रणी बैंक प्रबंधक कमल किशोर सिंह ने यह जानकारी दी।
शिविर में श्रीमती रीनी अजीत रीजनल डायरेक्टर, आरबीआई,श्री दीपेश तिवारी, सहायक महाप्रबंधक, आरबीआई, श्री बी.आर. रामकृष्ण नाइक, जोनल हेड, सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, श्री धर्मेंद्र रावत, रीजनल मैनेजर, एसबीआई, श्री प्रवीण कुमार, रीजनल मैनेजर, बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा,श्री प्रवीण केतकी, रीजनल मैनेजर, सीजी ग्रामीण बैंक, श्री कमल किशोर सिंह, अग्रणी बैंक प्रबंधक,विभिन्न बैंकों के शाखा प्रबंधक एवं अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

शिविर में अग्रणी बैंक के प्रबंधक कमल किशोर सिंह ने बताया कि वित्तीय सेवा विभाग, वित्त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के निर्देशानुसार छत्तीसगढ़ शासन की मंशा है कि किसी भी नागरिक का पैसा निष्क्रिय खाते में बंद न रह जाए। जिला प्रशासन और बैंक मिलकर ऐसे सभी खातों की राशि जल्द से जल्द उनके हकदारों को सौंपने के लिए लगातार शिविर लगाकर प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
अभियान के तहत 31 दिसंबर 2025 तक पूरे जिले में लगातार शिविर लगते रहेंगे, ताकि अधिक से अधिक नागरिक अपनी निष्क्रिय जमा राशि का दावा कर सकें।
