कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने चक्रपथ का निरीक्षण कर अधिकारियों से ली जानकारी, दिए जरूरी दिशा-निर्देश
रायगढ़, 31 जुलाई 2024/ कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने शहर में जल भराव से राहत के लिए नगर निगम और नगर सेना की टीम को मुस्तैदी से काम करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने केलो डैम से पानी छोड़े जाने के बाद चक्रपथ का निरीक्षण कर अधिकारियों से राहत कार्यों के बारे जानकारी ली।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने नगर निगम आयुक्त से जल भराव वाले इलाकों में पानी खाली किए जाने के बारे में जानकारी ली। आयुक्त श्री सुनील चंद्रवंशी ने बताया कि अधिक प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में टीमें सुबह से काम पर लगी हैं। नालियों से पानी निकासी के साथ ही जरूरत के हिसाब से मोटर पंप से भी पानी खाली करने की तैयारी है। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि बारिश के साथ जहां पानी निकासी में समस्या हो रही है ऐसे इलाकों में प्राथमिकता से कार्य करें। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने जिला प्रशासन से अधिकारियों और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ड्यूटी प्रभावित इलाकों में राहत एवं बचाव कार्यों के लिए लगाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि बारिश से राहत के साथ ही जल जनित रोगों से बचाव के लिए भी प्राथमिकता के साथ काम किया जाना है।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने ईई केलो परियोजना को निर्देशित किया कि केलो बांध में पानी की आवक और छोड़े जा रहे पानी पर नजर रखें। बांध से आवश्यकतानुसार ही पानी छोड़ा जाए। बांध से जल निकासी की दर बढ़ानी हो तो सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल सूचित करें। हमारा प्रयास होना चाहिए कि संतुलित रूप से पानी छोड़ा जाए, जिससे चक्रपथ डूबने या शहर में बाढ़ जैसे हालात न हों।
इस दौरान एडीएम सुश्री संतन देवी जांगडे, नगर निगम आयुक्त श्री सुनील कुमार चंद्रवंशी, एसडीएम श्री प्रवीण तिवारी, डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्रीमती रेखा चंद्रा, ईई केलो श्री मनीष गुप्ता, डीएसपी यातायात श्री रमेश चंद्रा, जिला सेनानी नगर सेना श्री बी.कुजूर, ईई पीडब्ल्यूडी श्री अमित कश्यप, तहसीलदार श्री लोमश मिरी सहित अन्य अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने लोगों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि नदी में पानी का बहाव तेज है, इसलिए किसी भी स्थिति में नदी के करीब बिल्कुल न जाएं। चक्रपथ, मरीन ड्राइव और तटीय इलाकों में सड़क के ऊपर पानी होने से आवागमन बिल्कुल न करें। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने युवाओं से खास अपील करते हुए कहा कि नदी के करीब जाकर सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट या रील बनाने से बचें। किसी भी प्रकार का रिस्क न लें और जान जोखिम में बिलकुल न डालें।
बांधों के हालात पर रखी जा रही नजर
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि केलो डैम के अलावा दूसरे बांधों में जलस्तर पर नजर रखी जा रही है। ओडिसा में हीराकुद बांध के जलस्तर को लेकर भी लगातार समन्वय जारी है। वहां अभी जल स्तर 186.49 मीटर पर है जो खतरे के निशान से नीचे है।
