रायगढ़, 28 अक्टूबर 2023/ कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने आज कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में निर्वाचन व्यय मॉनिटरिंग के संबंध में आरओ, एआरओ, एसएसटी, एफएसटी, लेखा टीम एवं व्यय निगरानी दल की संयुक्त समीक्षा बैठक ली। बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि निष्पक्ष निर्वाचन हेतु व्यय निगरानी महत्वपूर्ण हैं, ताकि सभी प्रत्याशियों को समान मौका मिले। इस दौरान सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्दर यादव, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राजीव कुमार पाण्डेय, सहायक कलेक्टर श्री युवराज मरमट उपस्थित रहे। बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने निर्वाचन व्यय मॉनिटरिंग के संबंध सभी संलग्न अधिकारियों से कहा कि प्रत्याशी के व्यय पर विशेष निगरानी होनी चाहिए, ताकि अवैधानिक रूप से शराब तस्करी, अवैध सामग्री वितरण को रोका जा सकें जिससे निर्वाचन प्रभावित न हो। उन्होंने फ्लाईंग स्क्वायड, स्थैतिक निगरानी दल को निर्देशित किया कि सभी वाहनों का निरीक्षण सुनिश्चित करते हुए, प्रचार वाहनों के अनुमति प्रति की जांच की जाए। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि उक्त लोकेशन से गुजरने वाले वाहनों का संपूर्ण डाटा रजिस्टर में संधारित होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने एफएसटी, एसएसटी को सड़कों के गली-मोहल्ले में भी निरीक्षण के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने पैसे के दुरुपयोग रोकने के लिए प्रत्याशियों के खर्चों के संबंध में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने आबकारी विभाग, रेलवे को ड्रग्स, शराब के संबंध में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी एफएसटी, एसएसटी अपनी सूचना तंत्र को मजबूत करते हुए कार्यवाही करें। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि कपड़ा, ट्रैवल ट्रिप, सामग्री, सभा में पैसा का उपयोग हो सकता है, इस पर नजर रखी जाए। उन्होंने वीवीटी को वीडियो की बेहतर तरीके से मॉनिटरिंग कर आरओ को सूचना देने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने निर्वाचन में किसी प्रकार के अनुचित गतिविधियां होने पर सी-विजिल में शिकायत करने को कहा। उन्होंने एफएसटी, एसएसटी को बल्क में आनी वाली चीजों का डेस्टिनेशन चेक करने एवं स्टार कैंपेनिंग के संबंध में जानकारी दी। बैठक में सभी आरओ को नोटिस निराकरण जैसे विभिन्न निर्वाचन कार्यों के संबंध में निर्देशित किए। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने बैंक से होने वाले प्रतिदिन की निकासी संबंधी जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाने के निर्देश लीड बैंक आफिसर को दिए। बैठक में जिला परिवहन अधिकारी श्री दुष्यंत रायस्त, समस्त एसडीएम, सहायक व्यय प्रेक्षक एवं एफएसटी एवं एसएसटी टीम के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
