रायगढ़, 8 फरवरी 2024/ जीव विज्ञान विषय के जेनेटिक्स टॉपिक को शिक्षकों के अध्यापन के तरीके को सरल करने एवं बच्चों की समझ इस विषय पर विकसित करने के उद्देश्य से जिला मुख्यालय रायगढ़ में राज्य से आमंत्रित दो विषय-विशेषज्ञों श्री एम.एल.सोनार एवं डॉ.प्रद्युमन शर्मा तथा इस कार्यक्रम के राज्य प्रभारी श्री उमेश रस्तोगी सहायक संचालक की विशेष उपस्थिति में बड़े ही उत्साह के वातावरण में जिला स्तरीय जेनेटिक्स टीएलएम आधारित प्रशिक्षण सह कार्यशाला आयोजित हुई।
जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी श्री बी बाखला एवं जिला मिशन समन्वयक श्री नरेंद्र चौधरी के मार्गदर्शन में इस कार्यक्रम के जिला नोडल अधिकारी श्री आलोक स्वर्णकार एपीओ के समन्वय में आज की यह कार्यशाला पूर्ण हुई। जेनेटिक्स जैसे कठिन विषय को व्याख्याता अपने शिक्षण सहायक सामग्री के माध्यम से किस तरह बच्चों को सरल एवं आकर्षक ढंग से इस विषय की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट करें, जिससे विद्यार्थी इस विषय को समझने में अपने आप को सहज महसूस कर सके। आज की कार्यशाला में आमंत्रित राज्य प्रशिक्षकों के द्वारा जिले के चयनित व्याख्याता को जेनेटिक्स से संबंधित कई शंकाओं को बड़े सरल एवं सहज ढंग से स्पष्ट करते हुए उनकी उपयोगिता एवं उनके प्रदर्शन के तरीके के बारे में बताया। साथ ही व्याख्याता के द्वारा प्राप्त प्रश्नों का क्रमबद्ध एवं व्यवस्थित जवाब प्रस्तुत किया। कार्यक्रम की विशेष बात यह रही की सभी व्याख्याता पूरे कार्यशाला की अवधि में एक जिज्ञासु बच्चों की तरह बैठकर बीच-बीच में प्रश्न पूछ कर अपने शंकाओं का समाधान करते पाए गए और आमंत्रित प्रशिक्षकों के द्वारा उन्हें पूरी तरह से संतुष्ट करने का भी प्रयास किया गया। इस कार्यशाला का मुख्य आकर्षण आमंत्रित प्रशिक्षक के द्वारा आज की ज्वलंत समस्या सिकल सेल पर किए जा रहे प्रयास रहा। यदि इस पर उनके कार्य पूर्ण होते हैं तो यह इस क्षेत्र की जनता के लिए जहां सिकल सेल उसके समाधान में पर्याप्त एक सहायक के रूप में सिद्ध होगा।
आज की कार्यशाला में प्रशिक्षित चयनित व्याख्याता इसके दूसरे चरण में राज्य प्रशिक्षक दल के रूप में कार्य करते हुए जिले के सभी जीव विज्ञान की व्याख्याता को एवं अपने आसपास के बच्चों को जेनेटिक्स की अवधारणा को सरल एवं स्पष्ट कर उन्हें प्रशिक्षित करने का कार्य करेंगे।
