    शिविरविभागीय योजनाओं से लाभान्वित हुए हितग्राही


    रायगढ़, 8 नवम्बर 2024/ धरमजयगढ़ विकासखंड के ग्राम-कुड़ेकेला में आज जिला स्तरीय जन समस्या निवारण शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। यहां विभागों द्वारा योजनाओं की जानकारी देने के लिए स्टॉल लगाए गए थे। आयोजित जिला स्तरीय जनसमस्या निवारण शिविर में शिविर से पूर्व ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर प्राप्त 69 आवेदनों में से 25 आवेदनों का निराकरण कर दिया गया है। इसी प्रकार आज आयोजित शिविर में 401 आवेदनों में से 95 आवेदनों का निराकरण किया गया। शेष आवेदनों का त्वरित निराकरण हेतु संबंधित विभागों को भेजा गया है। शिविर में कुड़ेकेला सहित आस-पास के ग्रामीण पहुंचे थे।
                 विधायक धरमजयगढ़ श्री लालजीत सिंह राठिया ने कहा कि जनसमस्या निवारण शिविर एक अच्छी पहल है। लोगों की समस्याओं के निराकरण के लिए प्रशासन खुद पहुंच रहा है। जिसके माध्यम से ग्रामीणजन अपने गांव में ही अपनी समस्याओं को जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों के सामने रख पा रहे है। उन्होंने सभी को विभागीय योजनाओं का लाभ लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। 
                सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि जनसामान्य की समस्याओं के निराकरण के लिए लगातार जनपदों के गांवों में जनसमस्या निवारण शिविर का आयोजन किया जा रहा है, ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोगों को शिविर का लाभ मिल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि आप सभी के सहयोग से धरमजयगढ़ में 84 प्रतिशत आयुष्मान कार्ड बन चुके है। इसे शत-प्रतिशत करने हेतु स्वास्थ्य विभाग एवं सचिवों की बैठक ली गई है। इसमें से ऐसे लोग छुटे हुए है जो बाहर है अथवा रोजगार के लिए दूसरे जगह कार्य कर रहे है, उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करें ताकि उन्हें योजना का लाभ मिल सके। इसी तरह पेंशन के हितग्राहियों के आधार एवं बैंक लिंकेज का कार्य किया जा रहा है। साथ ही मनरेगा के जॉब कार्ड को आधार से लिंक किया जा रहा है, ताकि राशि वितरण के कार्य में पारदर्शिता बनी रहे। सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री यादव ने कहा कि धरमजयगढ़ में 7 हजार से अधिक आवास स्वीकृत कर राशि प्रदान की जा चुकी है। लेकिन जो आवास सूची में शामिल होने के पश्चात बाहर रहने अथवा अपूर्ण दस्तावेज के कारण योजना का लाभ नहीं मिला है वे शिविर में आवास के लिए आवेदन कर सकते है ताकि आवास योजना का लाभ अतिशीघ्र प्रदान किया जा सके। इस शिविर का उद्देश्य ही अंतिम व्यक्ति कोशासन की योजनाओं से लाभान्वित करना है। उन्होंने जनसामान्य को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि किसी भी विभाग में किसी भी स्तर पर लंबित कार्य हो तो उनकी जानकारी दें ताकि आपके कार्य को प्राथमिकता के साथ निराकृत कर सके। शिविर में जिला स्तर के सभी विभागों के स्टॉल लगे हुए है जहां सभी वर्ग के लिए महत्वपूर्ण योजनाएं है। सभी जानकारी प्राप्त कर अधिक से अधिक योजनाओं का लाभ उठाएं। सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव ने लोगों से मिले आवेदन पर अधिकारियों को तत्काल निराकरण के निर्देश मौके से ही दिए। 
                इस अवसर पर जनपद अध्यक्ष श्री पुनीत कुमार राठिया, जनपद उपाध्यक्ष श्री रमेश अग्रवाल, श्रीमती रजनी राठिया, बीडीसी कुडेकेला श्री संजय गुप्ता, सरपंच श्री संतराम राठिया, उप सरपंच श्री प्रवीण गुप्ता, श्री राम प्रसाद राठिया, श्री रूपराम पटेल, सरपंच श्री बेहरामार श्री बनवारी राठिया, श्री जेठूराम राठिया, श्री जज्ञय राठिया, श्री राजकुमार राठिया, श्री गैवीनाथ पांडे, श्री विजय राठिया, डीएफओ धरमजयगढ़ श्री अभिषेक जोगावत, एसडीएम धरमजयगढ़ श्री डिगेश पटेल सहित स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधि एवं बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण जन उपस्थित रहे। 
    विभागीय योजनाओं से लाभान्वित हुए हितग्राही  
    कुड़ेकेला में आयोजित जनसमस्या निवारण शिविर में कृषि विभाग द्वारा 3 हितग्राहियों को विद्युत पंप, 2 हितग्राहियों को स्प्रिंकलर सेट तथा 10 हितग्राहियों को मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड एवं सूक्ष्म पोषण तत्व का वितरण किया गया। शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा 8 विद्यार्थियों को सहायक उपकरण, मछली पालन विभाग द्वारा 1 हितग्राही को जाल एवं 3 हितग्राहियों को आइस बाक्स प्रदाय किया गया। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉल में बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीणों ने स्वास्थ्य जांच कराकर नि:शुल्क दवा प्राप्त किए। इसी तरह अन्य विभागों ने भी पात्र हितग्राहियों योजनाओं से लाभान्वित किया। शिविर में सभी विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहें। उन्होंने मंच के माध्यम से विभागीय योजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी दी। 
    शिविर में मासिक पत्रिका जनमन का किया गया वितरण
    शिविर में शासन की जनकल्याण योजनाओं संबंधित पत्रिकाओं जनमन एवं सुशासन के नवीन आयाम तथा खुशियों का नोटिफिकेशन महतारी वंदन जैसे पुस्तकों का वितरण किया गया। राज्य शासन द्वारा शासन की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं, महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय एवं उपलब्धियों को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने और उन्हें योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित करने हेतु मासिक पत्रिका जनमन का प्रकाशन जनसंपर्क विभाग द्वारा किया जाता है। जनमन के माध्यम से शासन की सभी योजनाओं एवं उपलब्धियों की जानकारी जनसामान्य को मिलती हैं।
