कमिश्नर श्री चंद्रवंशी ने किया शहर के जल भराव क्षेत्र का निरीक्षणरायगढ़। लगातार हो रही बारिश और केलो नदी के जलस्तर बढ़ाने को लेकर निगम कमिश्नर श्री सुनील कुमार चंद्रवंशी ने सभी सफाई दरोगा एवं स्वच्छता इंजीनियरों को शहर के जल भराव क्षेत्र की सतत निगरानी रखने के निर्देश दिए हैं। कमिश्नर श्री चंद्रवंशी ने कार्यपालन अभियंता श्री अमरेश लोहिया के साथ शहर के जल भराव क्षेत्र का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान कमिश्नर श्री चंद्रवंशी ने पानी निकासी के संभावित विकल्प एवं राहत कार्य के लिए टीम तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए।दोपहर से ही शहर के बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्र के लोगों को सतर्क रहने के लिए लाउडस्पीकर के माध्यम से निगम प्रशासन द्वारा मुनादी कराई गई। राजस्व निरीक्षक श्री हरिकेश्वर लकड़ा द्वारा बाढ़ प्रवाही क्षेत्र में स्वयं जाकर लाउडस्पीकर के माध्यम से लोगों को सतर्क रहने संबंधित बातों की चेतावनी दी। इसी तरह कमिश्नर श्री चंद्रवंशी एवं कार्यपालन अभियंता श्री लोहिया द्वारा पंजरी प्लांट नदी के किनारे बसे बस्ती मोदीनगर, चितरंजनदास नगर, पैठुडबरी आदि स्थानों का निरीक्षण किया गया। शहर के इन सभी स्थानों पर जल भराव और बाढ़ की स्थिति निर्मित होती है। निरीक्षण के दौरान इन क्षेत्रों पर बने नाली एवं नालों से पानी निकासी की स्थिति को देखा गया। इस दौरान जल भराव की स्थिति निर्मित होने पर पानी निकासी के लिए जेट पंप, मड पंप, वैक्यूम टैंक के साथ प्रशिक्षित कर्मचारी तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसी तरह नदी में जल के स्तर बढ़ने और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर पंजरी प्लांट नीचे बस्ती के लोगों को निकालने के लिए वाहन आदि की व्यवस्था के साथ एक अलग टीम की ड्यूटी रात में लगाने और इन कर्मचारियों को अलर्ट रखने की बात कही गई। निगम कमिश्नर श्री चंद्रवंशी ने बारिश एवं नदी के बढ़ते जल स्तर को देखते हुए सभी अधिकारियों को सजग रहने और स्वास्थ्य विभाग, जल विभाग के कर्मचारी को लोगों के राहत कार्य पर लगाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।लगातार किए जा रहे हैं वार्डों में फॉगिंगसुबह एवं शाम के समय डेंगू नियंत्रण के लिए वार्डों में 10 फॉगिंग मशीन से धुंआ कराया जा रहा है। सुबह के समय वार्ड क्रमांक 1 ,2, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18 एवं 36 में फागिंग किया गया। इसमें कई वार्डों में दो से तीन बार फागिंग से धुंआ कराया गया। इसी तरह शाम के समय वार्ड क्रमांक 4, 6, 11, 23 सहित 10 से ज्यादा वार्डों में फागिंग किया गया। डेंगू नियंत्रण के लिए संसाधन की कमी न हो इसके लिए 8 नए फागिंग मशीन एवं दवा छिड़काव के लिए 48 नए स्प्रे मशीन की खरीदारी निगम प्रशासन द्वारा की गई।वैक्यूम से की गई जाम नाले की सफाईपूर्व में संजय मार्केट डेंगू स्रोत के लिए हॉटस्पॉट था। इसे देखते हुए संजय मार्केट में विगत दो दिनों से सफाई अभियान चलाई जा रही है। इसमें पीछे की ओर एक नाला जाम है, जिसमें पानी निकासी की समस्या है। इसे देखते हुए वैक्यूम टैंक से नाले के पानी को सक्शन कर नाले की सफाई कराई गई। इस दौरान उपायुक्त श्री सुतीक्षण यादव एवं तहसीलदार श्री लोमेश मिरी, प्रभारी स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी श्री दिनेश यादव, सफाई दरोगा अरविंद द्विवेदी उपस्थित थे।
