अवैध महुआ शराब के साथ आरोपी गिरफ्तार
रायगढ़ , शहर में अवैध शराब की बिक्री की सूचना पर कोतवाली पुलिस लगातार कार्यवाही किया जा रहा है । गत दिनों कोतवाली मधुबनपारा, रियापारा और संजय मार्केट में अवैध शराब बिक्री की सूचना पर शराब रेड कर आरोपियों पर आबकारी एक्ट के कार्यवाही कर जेल भेजा गया है । इसी क्रम में आज दिनांक 25.10.2023 के शाम थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली निरीक्षक शनिप रात्रे को नया जगतपुर वार्ड में अवैध शराब बिक्री की सूचना पर कोतवाली पुलिस द्वारा नया जगतपुर में संदेही कार्तिक एक्का के घर पर शराब रेड कार्यवाही किया गया । कोतवाली पुलिस द्वारा शराब रेड कार्यवाही में आरोपी कार्तिक एक्का पिता बेलसिंह एक्काो उम्र 28 वर्ष निवासी नया जगतपुर थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़ के पास से 7 लीटर महुआ शराब कीमती ₹700 आरोपी की जप्ती कर आरोपी को मय शराब थाने लेकर आया गया । आरोपी के विरुद्ध थाना कोतवाली में 34(2),59(क) के तहत आबकारी एक्ट के तहत कार्यवाही किया गया है । शराब रेड कार्यवाही में महिला प्रधान आरक्षक अरुणा चौरसिया एवं हमराह आरक्षक कोमल तिवारी, सुशील मिंज शामिल थे ।
