अनुपस्थिति की दशा में होगी एकपक्षीय कार्यवाही
रायगढ़, 21 अप्रैल 2025/ तहसील कार्यालय खरसिया में पदस्थ भृत्य बिफनाथ को विभागीय जांच प्रकरण में 24 अप्रैल 2025 को सुनवाई हेतु उपस्थित होकर जांच में सहयोग करने हेतु सूचना पत्र जारी किया गया है। भृत्य बिफनाथ की उक्त अवधि में अनुपस्थिति की दशा में एक पक्षीय कार्यवाही की जाकर अनुशासनिक प्राधिकारी को संसूचित कर दिया जाएगा।
उल्लेखनीय है कि कार्यालय कलेक्टर (वित्त स्था.)रायगढ़ के आदेशानुसार अपर कलेक्टर रायगढ़ को जिला विभागीय जांच अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है। भृत्य-बिफनाथ के विरूद्ध इस न्यायालय में जांच कार्यवाही प्रक्रियाधीन है एवं प्रकरण के अवलोकन से यह ज्ञात होता है कि इस विभागीय जांच की कार्यवाही के प्रारंभ से जांच कार्यवाही में सहयोग/उपस्थित होने भृत्य बिफनाथ को कई बार सूचित किया गया एवं उनके अंतिम निवास पते पर सूचना पत्र चस्पा तामिल भी कराया गया था, परंतु नियत दिनांक 14 अक्टूबर 2024, 25 अक्टूबर 2024, 19 नवम्बर 2024, 31 जनवरी 2025, 27 फरवरी 2025 एवं 19 मार्च 2025 को जांचकर्ता अधिकारी के समक्ष उपस्थित नहीं हुए है।
