रायगढ़, 4 नवम्बर 2025/ शासन के निर्देशानुसार एवं कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के मार्गदर्शन में जिला कलेक्टोरेट स्थित सभाकक्ष में ई-ऑफिस प्रणाली के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। प्रशिक्षण में संयुक्त कलेक्टर श्रीमती पूजा बंसल, नोडल अधिकारी, मास्टर ट्रेनर्स सहित जिले के विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
प्रशिक्षण के दौरान ई-ऑफिस के संचालन संबंधी सभी महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर प्रजेंटेशन के माध्यम से विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की गई। अधिकारियों को ई-फाइल निर्माण, फाइल अग्रेषण, इनबॉक्स प्रबंधन, नई ड्राफ्ट फाइल तैयार करने, मसौदे की स्वीकृति एवं प्रेषण, फाइल क्लोजिंग, फाइल/रसीद जोड़ने एवं संलग्न करने जैसी प्रक्रियाओं का व्यावहारिक प्रदर्शन कराया गया। साथ ही स्पैरो पोर्टल के माध्यम से वार्षिक कार्य निष्पादन प्रतिवेदन, गोपनीय प्रतिवेदन एवं अचल संपत्ति विवरण भरने की प्रक्रिया भी समझाई गई।
इस अवसर पर संयुक्त कलेक्टर श्रीमती बंसल ने कहा कि शासन की मंशा सभी विभागों में कार्यप्रणाली को पूर्णतः डिजिटल और पारदर्शी बनाना है। ई-ऑफिस प्रणाली से न केवल कागज-रहित कार्य को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, बल्कि निर्णय प्रक्रिया भी अधिक त्वरित और प्रभावी होगी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों से प्रशिक्षण को गंभीरता से लेने और किसी भी शंका का समाधान वहीं पर करने का आग्रह किया। प्रशिक्षण में जिले के सभी विभागों के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी सक्रिय रूप से शामिल हुए।
