कलेक्टर पद्मिनी भोई साहू ने युवाओं को दिलाई नशा मुक्ति संकल्प
सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़, 2 अगस्त 2026/ भारत सरकार के युवा कार्यक्रम एवं खेल मंत्रालय तथा माय भारत के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में रविवार को “नशा मुक्त युवा–विकसित भारत संकल्प अभियान” का शुभारंभ कर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देशभर के युवाओं को ऑनलाइन संबोधित करते हुए नशा मुक्त भारत और विकसित भारत के निर्माण का संकल्प दिलाया तथा युवाओं से नशे के विरुद्ध जनआंदोलन खड़ा करने का आह्वान किया।
युवाओं को नशे की प्रवृत्ति से दूर रखकर स्वस्थ, जागरूक एवं जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनाने के उद्देश्य से सारंगढ़- बिलाईगढ़ जिले में इस अभियान का कार्यक्रम शासकीय पंडित लोचन प्रसाद पांडेय महाविद्यालय सारंगढ़ में किया गया। कार्यक्रम में कलेक्टर पद्मिनी भोई साहू, डिप्टी कलेक्टर डॉ. वर्षा बंसल, जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी, जनप्रतिनिधि, महाविद्यालय एवं विद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राएं, एनएसएस, एनसीसी, खेल संघ के सदस्य तथा बड़ी संख्या में युवा उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने प्रधानमंत्री के संबोधन का श्रवण किया और नशा मुक्त भारत के संकल्प को दोहराया।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान कलेक्टर पद्मिनी भोई साहू ने उपस्थित सभी युवाओं, अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को नशा मुक्ति की सामूहिक शपथ दिलाई। उन्होंने युवाओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि प्रत्येक छात्र-छात्रा माय भारत ऐप पर अपना पंजीयन अवश्य कराएं और राष्ट्र निर्माण की विभिन्न गतिविधियों से जुड़ें। उन्होंने कहा कि युवा देश की सबसे बड़ी शक्ति हैं और नशे से दूर रहकर ही विकसित भारत के निर्माण में अपनी प्रभावी भूमिका निभा सकते हैं।
कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में समाज कल्याण विभाग सहित विभिन्न विभागों के सहयोग से नशा मुक्ति के लिए लगातार जनजागरूकता अभियान संचालित किए जा रहे हैं। युवाओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी से ही इस अभियान को मूर्त रूप दिया जा सकता है।
इस कार्यक्रम में खेलकूद एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग, समाज कल्याण विभाग, उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग की सक्रिय सहभागिता रही।
