लोकसभा निर्वाचन के संबंध में सेक्टर अधिकारियों की हुई बैठक

रायगढ़, 6 फरवरी 2024/ कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री गोयल की उपस्थिति में आज सृजन सभाकक्ष में आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन के मद्देनजर सेक्टर अधिकारियों को उनके कार्य एवं दायित्व के संबंध में प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने सेक्टर अधिकारियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि निर्वाचन का कार्य महत्वपूर्ण हैं और इसमें आपकी महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी होगी। आपकी मेहनत और सतर्कता से विधानसभा निर्वाचन बेहतर तरीके से संपन्न हुआ हैं और अच्छे से रिवीजन करें ताकि आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन बेहतर तरीके से सपन्न हो सकें। निर्वाचन में निष्पक्षता महत्वपूर्ण हैं, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखें। आगामी निर्वाचन ग्रीष्म ऋतु में होगा। इसलिए सभी सेक्टर आधिकारी अपने मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा ले, ताकि निर्वाचन कार्यों के दौरान दिक्कतों का सामना न करना पड़े। उन्होंने सभी सेक्टर अधिकारियों को मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण कर फीडबैक देने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने सभी अधिकारियों को अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग अवश्य करने को कहा।
प्रशिक्षण में अपर कलेक्टर एवं उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राजीव कुमार पाण्डेय ने सेक्टर अधिकारी को कहा कि सभी अपने दायित्व से परिचित है। निर्वाचन कार्य में गलती की गुंजाइश नहीं होती है, यही कारण है आपको समुचित प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है। सभी सेक्टर अधिकारी हैंडबुक का अध्ययन करें। उन्होंने सभी सेक्टर अधिकारियो को मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण कर मूलभूत सुविधाएँ पानी, बिजली, टॉयलेट, रैंप और छाया की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने क्रिटिकल एवं वल्नेरेबल मतदान केंद्रों की जानकारी देते हुए चिन्हांकन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सेक्टर अधिकारियों से मतदान केंद्रों की दूरी, मतदान केंद्र पार्टी कार्यालय के पास न हो, मतदान केंद्रों में रैंप, पेयजल, बैठक, शौचालय जैसे सुविधाएं सुनिश्चत करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने निर्वाचन कार्य में लगे अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों के नाम कार्यरत स्थानों में जुड़वाने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि संबंधित व्यक्ति अपने मताधिकार से वंचित न रहे। प्रशिक्षण में जिला मास्टर ट्रेनर श्री राजेश डेनियल ने सेक्टर अधिकारियों को कार्य और दायित्व, मतदान स्थल, मतदाताओं के विषय में, मानचित्रण असुरक्षा के विषय में, मतदान की पूर्व संध्या पर दायित्व, मतदान वाले दिन का दायित्व, किस प्रकार की सूचना और सुविधाएं होनी चाहिए, सेक्टर अधिकारियों को दी जाने वाले सामग्री, सेक्टर अधिकारियों द्वारा प्रस्तुत की जानी वाली रिपोर्ट के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की। बैठक में सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव, सहायक कलेक्टर श्री युवराज मरमट सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
