रायगढ़ । कल दिनांक 09/09/2023 को थाना घरघोड़ा के ग्राम रायकेरा में रहने वाली महिला द्वारा पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर गांव के मदन चौहान और मधुसूदन चौहान द्वारा उसके पति को कार से कुचलकर हत्या करने का प्रयास करने के संबंध में लिखित आवेदन देकर कार्यवाही की मांग किया गया ।
महिला बताई की कुछ दिनों पहले गांव के मधुसूदन चौहान, मदन चौहान उनके साथियों के विरुद्ध थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी जिसे लेकर आरोपी इससे रंजीश रखे हुए थे । रोज की तरह कल 09/09/2023 को दोनों पति-पत्नी अपनी दुकान में बैठे थे । उसी समय मधुसूदन चौहान और मदन चौहान एक मारूति कार सीजी क्र-13 AP 6925 में आए कार से उतर कर दोनों दुकान के सामने आये और थाने में रिपोर्ट को लेकर गाली गलौज कर धमकी दिए और चले गए । दोपहर जब इसका पति स्कूटी से घर खाना खाने आ रहा था । तब दोनों आरोपी पहले से घात लगाये रायकेरा मेन रोड पांझर पुलिया के पास पीछे से मारूती कार क्रमांक CG 13-AP 6925 में स्कुटी को हत्या करने की पूर्ण नियत से ठोकर मारें जिससे स्कुटी चालक युवक के सिर व शरीर में गंभीर चोटें आयी है । महिला बताई कि मारूति कार को आरोपी मधुसुदन चौहान चला रहा था। आहत को उसके परिवार वालों द्वारा रायगढ़ अस्पताल में भर्ती कारण है । आरोपियों द्वारा साजिश कर हत्या की नीयत से अपराध को अंजाम देने संबंधी आवेदन पर आरोपी मधुसुदन चौहानऔर मदन चौहान पर हत्या के प्रयास समेत सुसंगत धाराओं में अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर तत्काल थाना प्रभारी घरघोड़ा निरीक्षक शरद चंद्रा के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम द्वारा दोनों आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए दबिश दिया गया जिसमें *आरोपी मधुसूदन चौहान पिता ईश्वर चौहान उम्र 28 साल निवासी रायकेरा* को हिरासत में लिया गया तथा घटना में प्रयुक्त क्षतिग्रस्त मारुति कार को जप्त कर आरोपी को न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया है, फरार आरोपी की घरघोड़ा पुलिस सरगर्मी से तलाश की जा रही है ।
