रायगढ़, 11 नवम्बर 2025/ बाल विवाह मुक्त छत्तीसगढ़ अभियान के तहत जिले के 282 ग्राम पंचायतों को बाल विवाह मुक्त घोषित कर प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए जाएंगे। यदि किसी प्रस्तावित ग्राम पंचायत में विगत दो वर्षों में बाल विवाह होने की कोई जानकारी या प्रमाण उपलब्ध हो, तो दावा-आपत्ति 24 नवम्बर तक प्रस्तुत कर सकते है। गौरतलब है कि कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के निर्देशन में वर्ष 2025-26 में जिले की 40 प्रतिशत ग्राम पंचायतों को बाल विवाह मुक्त ग्राम पंचायत घोषित करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। जिले अंतर्गत 282 ग्राम पंचायतों से विगत दो वर्षों के दौरान बाल विवाह न होने संबंधी प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुए हैं। इन पंचायतों को बाल विवाह मुक्त ग्राम पंचायत घोषित कर प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए जाएंगे। 
महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी ने बताया कि संबंधित ग्राम पंचायतों की सूची जिले की वेबसाइट https://raigarh.gov.in  में अपलोड की गई है तथा यह सूची सभी अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व), जनपद पंचायतों एवं बाल विकास परियोजना अधिकारियों के कार्यालयों के सूचना पटल पर भी प्रदर्शित की गई है। उन्होंने समस्त जनप्रतिनिधियों, समाज प्रमुखों, नागरिकों एवं संस्थाओं से आग्रह किया है कि यदि किसी प्रस्तावित ग्राम पंचायत में विगत दो वर्षों में बाल विवाह होने की कोई जानकारी या प्रमाण उपलब्ध हो, तो वे अपनी दावा-आपत्ति निर्धारित तिथि तक शाम 5.30 बजे तक कार्यालयीन समय में महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग रायगढ़ के कार्यालय में लिखित दस्तावेज एवं अभिलेख सहित प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं।
