दो घरो के काटे गए नल कनेक्शन

नगर निगम रायगढ़ की कार्यवाही



रायगढ़। शुक्रवार को निगम की राजस्व टीम द्वारा संपत्ति कर लंबित होने के कारण वार्ड क्रमांक 42 के दो पेट्रोल पंप सहित 4 संस्थानों को सील किया गया। इसी तरह 2 घरों का नल कनेक्शन काटने की कार्यवाही की गई।
कमिश्नर श्री सुनील कुमार चंद्रवंशी द्वारा नगर निगम के राजस्व शाखा के प्रति दिवस समीक्षा की जा रही है। इसमें लंबित संपत्ति कर के मामलों में संस्थाओं को सील करने के सीधे निर्देश दिए गए हैं । निर्देश के तहत शुक्रवार को वार्ड क्रमांक 30 बाबूलाल केडिया, मंगल चंद केडिया के स्टेशन के नीचे बाजीराव पारा मुख्य मार्ग स्थित दो दुकानों को सील किया गया। इसी तरह वार्ड के मोहदा पारा लकड़ी टाल मनी देवी मेहरचंद अग्रवाल के संस्थान को सील किया गया। लकड़ी टाल का 119408 रुपए संपत्ति कर बकाया है। इसके बाद वार्ड 42 आमली भौना मार्ग स्थित शीला पेट्रोल पंप को 513820 रुपए बकाया होने पर और बाबा धाम रोड स्थित अजीत पेट्रोल पंप 1120905 रुपए बकाया होने पर दोनों संस्थानों के कार्यालय को सील किया गया। कार्रवाई के दौरान विधिवत संस्थानों में ताला लगाकर कपड़े से सील किया गया और संपत्ति कर बकाया संबंधित नोटिस चस्पा किया गया। सभी संस्थाओं को जल्द से जल्द संपत्ति कर जमा करने और कुर्की की कार्रवाई से बचने की समझाइश दी गई। कार्यवाही के दौरान सहायक राजस्व अधिकारी श्री हरिकेश्वर लकरा, राजस्व निरीक्षक मकरध्वज मालाकार सहित वार्ड प्रभारी सहायक कर निरीक्षक अमित केशरवानी आदि उपस्थित थे।

सील की कार्यवाही से पूर्व नोटिस देने और नल कनेक्शन काटने की भी कार्रवाई लगातार की जा रही है, पिछले दिनों मुंशीगली स्थित सनत कुमार बनमली आचार्य और नरसिंह मंदिर गली स्थित नरेंद्र कुमार सुधीर कुमार के घरों का नल कनेक्शन काटने की कार्रवाई की गई।
