रायगढ़, 26 फरवरी 2026/ होली पर्व के अवसर पर जिले में 4 मार्च 2026 (जिस दिन रंग खेला जाएगा) को शुष्क दिवस घोषित किया गया है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, वाणिज्यिक कर (आबकारी) विभाग, मंत्रालय महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर के आदेश के तहत यह निर्देश जारी किया है।
कलेक्टर ने छत्तीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम 1915 की धारा 24, उपधारा (1) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 4 मार्च को जिला रायगढ़ अंतर्गत संचालित समस्त देशी मदिरा (सी.एस.-2 घघ), समस्त देशी कंपोजिट मदिरा (सी.एस.-2 घघ कंपोजिट) एवं समस्त विदेशी/ प्रीमियम मदिरा (एफ.एल.- 1 घघ) समस्त विदेशी कम्पोजिट मदिरा (एफ.एल.1 घघ कम्पोजिट) दुकानों, देशी मदिरा भंडारण भंडागार, समस्त होटल बार अनुज्ञप्ति (एफ.एल.-3), शॉपिंग मॉल रेस्टोरेन्ट बार अनुज्ञप्ति (एफ.एल.3 क), पर्यटन बार (एफ. एल. 3 ग) एवं समस्त देशी/देशी कम्पोजिट अहाता, समस्त विदेशी/विदेशी कम्पोजिट अहाता को बंद रखने हेतु शुष्क दिवस घोषित किया है। उक्त तिथि को मदिरा के विक्रय, वितरण एवं संपूर्ण संव्यवहार पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा। जिला प्रशासन ने संबंधित अनुज्ञप्तिधारियों को आदेश का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उल्लंघन की स्थिति में विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
