जिले में गांव से लेकर शहर तक चलेगी समन्वित कार्यवाही
कलेक्टर ने दिए व्यापक अभियान के निर्देश
रायगढ़, 1 अगस्त 2026/ मानसून के मौसम में मलेरिया एवं अन्य मच्छरजनित रोगों के संभावित प्रसार की आशंका के मद्देनजर जिला प्रशासन ने सतर्कता बढ़ा दी है। कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने स्वास्थ्य, नगरीय निकाय, शिक्षा, महिला एवं बाल विकास सहित संबंधित विभागों को समन्वित रूप से रोकथाम, निगरानी, स्वच्छता एवं जनजागरूकता अभियान संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। अभियान का उद्देश्य संभावित जोखिम वाले क्षेत्रों में समय रहते प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करना, संक्रमण की श्रृंखला को प्रारंभिक स्तर पर ही रोकना तथा आमजन को मलेरिया एवं अन्य मच्छरजनित रोगों से सुरक्षित रखना है। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मलेरिया की रोकथाम के लिए प्रत्येक विभाग अपनी जिम्मेदारी का गंभीरता से निर्वहन करें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए फील्ड स्तर पर नियमित निगरानी रखी जाए तथा किसी भी क्षेत्र में मलेरिया के संभावित मामलों की सूचना मिलने पर तत्काल आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए।
कलेक्टर ने मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी को जिले के सभी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में मलेरिया जांच किट, आवश्यक दवाइयों एवं उपचार संबंधी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने, संदिग्ध मरीजों की समय पर जांच एवं उपचार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही स्वास्थ्य दलों को ग्रामीण एवं संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में नियमित भ्रमण कर संभावित मरीजों की पहचान, रक्त जांच, आवश्यक उपचार तथा जनजागरूकता गतिविधियां संचालित करने को कहा गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में मलेरिया के लक्षण, बचाव एवं उपचार संबंधी जानकारी प्रदर्शित करने के लिए पोस्टर एवं बैनर लगाए जाए, ताकि लोग समय रहते बीमारी की पहचान कर जांच के लिए आगे आएं। कलेक्टर ने नगर निगम एवं सभी नगरीय निकायों को नालियों की नियमित सफाई, जल निकासी व्यवस्था को सुचारु बनाए रखने, जलभराव वाले स्थलों की पहचान कर उनका शीघ्र निराकरण करने तथा आवश्यकता अनुसार मच्छररोधी फॉगिंग एवं लार्वा नियंत्रण की कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा है कि घरों एवं सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर पानी जमा नहीं होने देने के लिए विशेष स्वच्छता अभियान संचालित किया जाए। लोगों को कूलर, पानी की टंकियों, गमलों, पुराने टायर, कबाड़ एवं अन्य पात्रों में जमा पानी को नियमित रूप से खाली करने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया जाए।
कलेक्टर ने शिक्षा विभाग को विद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों के माध्यम से व्यापक जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाने, स्वच्छता की आदतों को बढ़ावा देने तथा विद्यार्थियों को अपने परिवार एवं आसपास के लोगों को भी मलेरिया से बचाव के उपाय बताने के लिए प्रेरित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। वहीं महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के माध्यम से गर्भवती महिलाओं, माताओं एवं बच्चों के अभिभावकों को मच्छरजनित रोगों से बचाव, व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता तथा समय पर स्वास्थ्य जांच के संबंध में जागरूक करने कहा। कलेक्टर ने आमजन से अपील करते हुए कहा कि मलेरिया से बचाव का सबसे प्रभावी उपाय सावधानी और स्वच्छता है। प्रत्येक नागरिक अपने घर, आंगन और आसपास कहीं भी पानी जमा न होने दें। सप्ताह में कम से कम एक बार कूलर, पानी की टंकी, गमले तथा अन्य जल संग्रहण वाले पात्रों को पूरी तरह खाली कर साफ करें। रात में सोते समय मच्छरदानी का नियमित उपयोग करें, शाम के समय पूरे शरीर को ढंकने वाले कपड़े पहनें तथा बच्चों और बुजुर्गों का विशेष ध्यान रखें। यदि किसी व्यक्ति को बुखार, ठंड लगना, सिरदर्द, बदन दर्द या अत्यधिक कमजोरी जैसे लक्षण दिखाई दें तो स्वयं दवा लेने के बजाय तुरंत निकटतम स्वास्थ्य केंद्र या आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर में जांच कराएं। जिले के सभी आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों एवं स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में मलेरिया की जांच एवं उपचार की सुविधा पूरी तरह निःशुल्क उपलब्ध है। समय पर जांच और उपचार से मलेरिया का प्रभावी इलाज संभव है तथा गंभीर जटिलताओं से बचा जा सकता है। मलेरिया की रोकथाम केवल स्वास्थ्य विभाग का दायित्व नहीं, बल्कि समाज के प्रत्येक नागरिक की साझी जिम्मेदारी है।
