रायगढ़, 1 अगस्त 2026/ कलेक्टर के निर्देशन एवं सहायक आयुक्त आबकारी श्री अभिषेक तिवारी के मार्गदर्शन में आबकारी विभाग द्वारा जिले में अवैध शराब के निर्माण, परिवहन एवं विक्रय के विरुद्ध लगातार सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसी क्रम में प्राप्त शिकायत के आधार पर आबकारी विभाग ने कार्रवाई करते हुए दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर उनके कब्जे से अवैध महुआ शराब एवं एक मोटरसाइकिल जब्त की है।
आबकारी विभाग से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार 28 जुलाई 2026 को आबकारी वृत्त रायगढ़ (दक्षिण) अंतर्गत आबकारी जांच चौकी रेंगालपाली में वाहनों की सघन जांच के दौरान ग्राम कोसमंदा, थाना पुसौर निवासी शशि सिदार को लाल रंग की हीरो डिलक्स मोटरसाइकिल से कनकतुरा से पुसौर की ओर 06 लीटर ओडिशा निर्मित महुआ शराब का अवैध परिवहन करते हुए पकड़ा गया। जब्त शराब का बाजार मूल्य लगभग 1,200 रुपये आंका गया है। इसी कार्रवाई के दौरान ग्राम तेतला, थाना पुसौर निवासी कन्हैया पटेल को उसके रिहायशी मकान से 5.050 लीटर महुआ शराब के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया। जब्त शराब का बाजार मूल्य लगभग 1,010 रुपये बताया गया है।
दोनों आरोपियों के विरुद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम की धारा के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर जेल भेज दिया गया है। इस कार्रवाई में आबकारी उपनिरीक्षक याजेन्द्र मेहर, आबकारी मुख्य आरक्षक दिनेश्वर सिंह कंवर तथा महिला आबकारी आरक्षक समिता चक्रेश की भूमिका रही। आबकारी विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जिले में अवैध शराब के कारोबार के विरुद्ध अभियान आगे भी इसी तरह निरंतर जारी रहेगा।
