मरीज के साथ आसपास के लोगों की भी होगी जांच, हर विकासखंड में रैपिड रिस्पांस टीम सक्रिय
रायगढ़, 4 अगस्त 2026/ कलेक्टर के निर्देशन एवं मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. अनिल कुमार जगत के मार्गदर्शन में मलेरिया नियंत्रण एवं रोकथाम को लेकर जिला स्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में मलेरिया की वर्तमान स्थिति, प्रभावित क्षेत्रों, जांच, उपचार तथा बचाव संबंधी रणनीति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि किसी भी क्षेत्र में मलेरिया का एक भी मामला सामने आने पर तत्काल सक्रिय होकर जांच, उपचार और निगरानी की जाएगी, ताकि संक्रमण का प्रसार रोका जा सके।
बैठक में जिला मलेरिया अधिकारी डॉ. टी.जी. कुलवेदी ने पिछले वर्ष एवं वर्तमान वर्ष के मलेरिया प्रकरणों की तुलनात्मक समीक्षा प्रस्तुत की। उन्होंने बताया कि जिन क्षेत्रों में वर्तमान में मलेरिया के मामले सामने आ रहे हैं, वहां केवल मरीज ही नहीं बल्कि उसके घर और आसपास रहने वाले सभी लोगों की भी मलेरिया जांच कराई जाएगी। जांच में संक्रमित पाए जाने वाले सभी मरीजों का तत्काल उपचार सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि जिले के प्रत्येक विकासखंड में रैपिड रिस्पांस टीम (आरआरटी) का गठन किया गया है, जो मलेरिया मरीजों की सतत निगरानी, शत-प्रतिशत जांच, उपचार और फॉलोअप सुनिश्चित करेगी। साथ ही निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि मलेरिया का कोई भी नया मामला सामने आते ही तत्काल वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को सूचना दी जाए, ताकि समय रहते आवश्यक कार्रवाई कर संभावित आउटब्रेक की स्थिति को रोका जा सके।
स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने बताए बचाव के उपाय
बैठक में आमजन को मलेरिया से बचाव के लिए जरूरी सावधानियों की जानकारी भी दी गई। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने लोगों से अपील की कि वे अपने घर और आसपास साफ-सफाई बनाए रखें, सोते समय कीटनाशक दवा से उपचारित मच्छरदानी का उपयोग करें, पूरे शरीर को ढंकने वाले कपड़े पहनें तथा पानी के बर्तनों को हमेशा ढंककर रखें। बुखार आने पर बिना देरी किए निकटतम स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में मलेरिया की जांच कराएं और संक्रमण की पुष्टि होने पर चिकित्सक के निर्देशानुसार दवाओं का पूरा कोर्स अवश्य पूरा करें। इसके साथ ही लोगों को यह भी बताया गया कि घर या आसपास कहीं भी जलभराव न होने दें, छत या आंगन में ऐसी अनुपयोगी वस्तुएं न रखें जिनमें पानी जमा हो सके तथा पानी की टंकियों को खुला न छोड़ें। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने चेतावनी दी कि मलेरिया रोधी दवा का सेवन बीच में बंद करना बीमारी को गंभीर बना सकता है, इसलिए उपचार अधूरा नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए।
मलेरिया मुक्त जिला बनाने का लक्ष्य, स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने मांगा जनसहयोग
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. अनिल कुमार जगत एवं जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक सुश्री रंजना पैंकरा ने जिले के सभी स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में मलेरिया जांच एवं उपचार की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय वेक्टर जनित रोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम के तहत मलेरिया नियंत्रण स्वास्थ्य विभाग की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है। लगातार किए जा रहे प्रयासों और आमजन के सहयोग से जिले में मलेरिया के मामलों में उल्लेखनीय कमी आई है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि यदि सभी विभागों और नागरिकों का सहयोग इसी प्रकार मिलता रहा तो जल्द ही रायगढ़ जिले को मलेरिया मुक्त जिला घोषित करने का लक्ष्य हासिल किया जा सकेगा। साथ ही राज्य शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप पूरे छत्तीसगढ़ को भी मलेरिया मुक्त राज्य बनाने की दिशा में प्रभावी कार्य किया जा रहा है। समीक्षा बैठक में जिला स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. भानु पटेल, आईडीएसपी नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. सुमित कुमार मंडल, नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. जावेद, जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक सुश्री रंजना पैंकरा, प्रभारी मलेरिया सलाहकार गौतम प्रसाद सिदार, एफएलए प्रीति शर्मा सहित स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
