क्रिकेट सट्टा पर साइबर सेल और चक्रधरनगर पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्यवाही
आरोपियों पर थाना चक्रधरनगर में छत्तीसगढ़ जुआ प्रतिषेध अधिनियम के तहत कार्यवाही
रायगढ़. , वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री सदांनद कुमार के दिशा निर्देशन पर साइबर सेल एवं थानों की टीमों द्वारा अवैध मादक पदार्थों एवं जुआ-सट्टा, अवैध कबाड़ पर मुखबीर लगाकर लगातार कार्यवाही कर रही है । वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा वर्तमान में चल रहे क्रिकेट वर्ल्ड कप के मैच पर क्रिकेट सट्टा की संभावना को लेकर साइबर सेल एवं सभी थाना, चौकी प्रभारी को निगाह रखकर कार्यवाही का निर्देश दिया गया है । इसी कड़ी में आज दिनांक 22/10/2023 को थाना चक्रधरनगर अंतर्गत कौहाकुंडा पहाड़ मंदिर के पास शहर के कुछ युवकों के द्वारा भारत-न्यूजीलैंड क्रिकेट मैच में बॉल दर बॉल सट्टा लगाने वाले व्यक्तियों से मोबाइल पर संपर्क कर सट्टा नोट करने की सूचना पर पुलिस को मिली । तत्काल थाना चक्रधरनगर एवं साइबर सेल स्टाफ की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा घेराबंदी का रेड कार्यवाही किया गया । मौके पर टीम ने शहर के चार युवक – शाहीद खान, विनय देवांगन, करण सारथी, बिट्टू सारथी को मोबाइल पर सट्टा नोट करते और कागज में विवरण लिखते पकड़ा गया है । आरोपियों के कब्जे से क्रिकेट सट्टा में लगी 11,120 रूपये नकद, 4 मोबाइल और कागज में लिखा सट्टा विवरण की जप्ती किया गया है । आरोपियों के विरुद्ध थाना चक्रधरनगर में धारा 6 छ.ग. जुआ प्रतिषेध अधिनियम के तहत कार्यवाही किया गया है । क्रिकेट सट्टा रेड की कार्यवाही में थाना प्रभारी चक्रधरनगर निरीक्षक प्रशांत राव अहेर, उपनिरीक्षक जी.एल.साहू, सहायक उप निरीक्षक नंदू सारथी तथा साइबर सेल के प्रधान आरक्षक राजेश पटेल, बृजलाल गुर्जर, आरक्षक महेश पंडा, सुरेश सिदार, विक्रम सिंह, नरेश रजक, उद्धव मांझी (थाना चक्रधरनगर) और महिला आरक्षक मेनका चौहान की अहम भूमिका रही है ।*सट्टा रेड में पकड़े गये आरोपी* -(1) शाहिद खान पिता जफ्फर खान उम्र 19 साल निवासी इंदिरा नगर तालाब के पास थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़(2) विनय देवांगन पिता धनराज देवांगन उम्र 19 साल निवासी इंदिरा नगर थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़ (3) बिट्टू सारथी पिता मुन्ना सारथी उम्र 21 साल निवासी चांदनी चौक फारूखी गली थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़(4) करण सारथी पिता शंकर सारथी उम्र 21 साल निवासी बजरंगपारा निगम कॉलोनी थाना जूटमिल रायगढ़
