● आरोपी और उसके साथी ने पान ठेले वाले से बेवजह विवाद कर चाकू से किये थे हमला
रायगढ़ । कोतवाली पुलिस ने 2 दिन पहले रामनिवास टॉकीज के पास पान ठेले वाले पर चाकू से हमला करने वाले मुख्य आरोपी अजय सारथी निवासी गंगा नर्सिंग होम के पीछे थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़ को गिरफ्तार कर हत्या के प्रयास की धाराओं में गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक निर्माण पर भेजा गया है, आज थाना कोतवाली में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी और घटना के कारणों का खुलासा नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अभिनव उपाध्याय द्वारा किया गया । शहर के व्यस्ततम इलाके पर हुई वारदात को लेकर डीआईजी श्री राम गोपाल गर्ग द्वारा जिले के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को शीघ्र आरोपियों की पतासाजी, गिरफ्तारी के निर्देश दिए गए थे। घटना के तत्काल बाद मौके पर एसएसपी एवं एडिशनल एसपी पहुंचे और वस्तुस्थिति से डीआईजी श्री गर्ग को अवगत कारण डीआईजी श्री गर्ग के महत्त्वपूर्ण दिशा निर्देशन पर आरोपियों की पताशाजी में ड्यूटी टीम को सफलता मिली।
प्रेसवार्ता में नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक बताए कि 23 अगस्त के शाम करीब 6:00 बजे कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत रामनिवास टॉकीज पर चाकू बाजी की घटना की सूचना पर वे तत्काल में थाना प्रभारी शनिप रात्रे तथा कोतवाली स्टाफ के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे । वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री सदानंद कुमार एवं एडिशनल एसपी श्री संजय महादेव द्वारा घटनास्थल पहुंचकर मौके का निरीक्षण कर अधिकारियों को आरोपियों की पतासाजी गिरफ्तारी के महत्त्वपूर्ण दिशा निर्देश दिए गए।
घटना को लेकर आहत रौनक श्रीवास (उम्र 22 साल) के बड़े भाई रोहन श्रीवास द्वारा रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराया कि 23 अगस्त के शाम रामनिवास टॉकीज स्थित उनके पान ठेले में दो अज्ञात युवक आए उसे समय उसका भाई रौनक श्रीवास दुकान में बैठा था, वे लड़के सिगरेट लिए और एक लड़का सामानों को इधर-उधर छू रहा था जिसे मना करने पर एक लड़का उत्तेजित होकर गाली गलौज करने उतारू हो गया और जेब से चाकू निकाल कर रौनक पर ताबड़तोड़ वार कर घायल कर दिया और दोनों भाग गए । घटना को लेकर अज्ञात आरोपियों के विरुद्ध थाना कोतवाली में हत्या का प्रयास का मामला दर्ज किया गया ।
नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अभिनव उपाध्याय बताए कि प्रार्थी और आहत आरोपियों से अंजान थे, कोतवाली पुलिस, साइबर सेल के साथ आसपास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज निकालकर आरोपी की पतासाजी में जुड़ गई। कुछ टीम सीमावर्ती जिलों में संदिग्धों की धर पकड़ के लिए भेजा गया । इसी बीच मुख्य आरोपी के गंगा नर्सिंग होम के पीछे रहने वाले अजय सारथी के रूप में हुई पुलिस अजय सारथी और उसके साथी की सरगर्मी से तलाश कर रही थी कि दिनांक 25/08/2023 को कोतरारोड क्षेत्र में घायल और नशे की अवस्था में अजय सारथी मिला जिसकी पहचान पुख़्ता होने पर पुलिस हिरासत में लेकर थाने लाया गया जिससे घटना में संबंध में कड़ी पूछताछ करने पर उसने अपने एक अन्य साथी के साथ घटना को अंजाम देना बताया है। आरोपी अजय सारथी पूर्व में भी आर्म्स एक्ट के अपराध में जेल जा चुका है नशे का आदी है । उसने आवेश में आकर एकाएक घटना को अंजाम देना बताया है। आरोपियों द्वारा घटना की रात रामनिवास टॉकीज चौक और कोतरारोड क्षेत्र में भी चाकू बाजी की घटना को अंजाम दिए हैं। पुलिस ने *आरोपी अजय सारथी पिता स्वर्गीय शंभू सारथी उम्र 25 साल निवासी गंगा नर्सिंग होम के पीछे थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़* से घटना में प्रयुक्त एक चाकू की जप्ती कर हत्या के प्रयास के अपराध में गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया है । आरोपी के फरार साथियों की कोतवाली पुलिस सर गर्मी से पता तलाश कर रही है। टीआई शनिप रात्रे के नेतृत्व में प्रकरण के आरोपियों की पतासाजी एवं गिरफ्तारी में कोतवाली पुलिस के साथ साइबर सेल की टीम की हम भूमिका रही है ।
