कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ली समीक्षा बैठक
रायगढ़, 1 मार्च 2024/ कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने आज कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली। बैठक में उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं एवं कार्यक्रमों की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने मातृत्व स्वास्थ्य को लेकर बिंदुवार चर्चा करते हुए जिले में बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं प्रदान कर मातृ-मृत्यु दर में कमी लाने की बात कही। उन्होंने सभी बीएमओ को फील्ड में जाकर गर्भवती महिलाओं का नियमित रूप से स्वास्थ्य जांच करने एवं उन्हें संस्थागत प्रसव हेतु प्रेरित करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव भी उपस्थित रहे।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि हमारा मुख्य फोकस जिले में शिशु एवं मातृ मृत्यु दर को कम करना है। बेहतर कार्ययोजना एवं शासकीय योजनाओं के अच्छे क्रियान्वयन से सफलता मिल सकती है और जिले में बेहतर प्रगति दर्ज की जा सकती है। इसमें स्वास्थ्य एवं महिला बाल विकास विभाग की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। उन्होंने कहा कि एनीमिक महिलाओं को चिन्हांकित कर पोषण आहार उपलब्ध कराने के साथ, गर्भावस्था के दौरान नियमित जांच, आवश्यक दवाइयों, टीकाकरण आदि सुनिश्चित करें। हमें मुख्य रूप से शत-प्रतिशत संस्थागत प्रसव के लिए लोगों को प्रेरित करना होगा, इसमें मितानिन की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण हैं। आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, मितानिन स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता के माध्यम से पंचायत स्तर पर प्रारम्भ से ही गर्भवती महिला की जानकारी एकत्र कर उन्हें आवश्यक परामर्श प्रदान कर जागरूक करें एवं लगातार मॉनिटरिंग करें। इसके बाद शिशु के जन्म के समय रखी जाने वाली सांवधानियां, देखभाल, नियमित टीकाकरण, पोषण आहार आदि से शिशु मृत्यु दर एवं मातृ मृत्यु दर में कमी आ सकती है। उन्होंने टीकाकरण के संबंध में जानकारी लेते हुए कहा कि कोई भी बच्चा टीकाकरण से वंचित ना रहे। इसके लिए सजग रहे एवं कार्ययोजना तैयार कर लें। जब तक योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन धरातल पर नहीं होगा, स्थिति में सुधार होना नामुमकिन है, इसलिए अपना कार्य निष्ठा से करें। इस दौरान उन्होंने अब तक जिले में बनाये गये आयुष्मान कार्ड के संबंध में जानकारी लेते हुए शत-प्रतिशत लोगों का आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने के निर्देश दिए।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ.आर.एन.मंडावी, जिला नोडल अधिकारी डॉ.बी.पी.पटेल, आरएमएनसीएचए सलाहकार डॉ.राजेश मिश्रा सहित समस्त विकासखण्ड के खंड चिकित्सा अधिकारी, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र व प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र के चिकित्सा अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
लोगों तक बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की पहुंच हमारी प्राथमिकता
बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि लोगों तक बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की पहुंच हमारी प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने जिले में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की स्थिति, आमजनों तक सेवाओं की पहुंच, स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों की स्थिति, दवाइयों की उपलब्धता सहित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मानकों के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी ली गई। स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रमों में जिले के परफॉर्मेंस को बेहतर बनाने तथा स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों द्वारा मॉनिटरिंग व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने के निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अंतर्गत संचालित सभी योजनाओं के कार्य प्रगति की जानकारी लेते हुए योजनाओं के संचालन में प्रगति लाने हेतु आवश्यक कार्य योजना तैयार कर प्रस्तुत करने के लिए निर्देशित किया। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने एनआरसी के लिए उपस्थित संबंधित अधिकारियों को महिला एवं बाल विकास के साथ कॉर्डिनेट करने के लिए कहा। जिससे कि गंभीर रूप से कुपोषित बच्चों को कुपोषण मुक्त बनाया जा सके।
पल्स पोलियों अभियान की रखे व्यापक तैयारी
राष्ट्रीय सघन पल्स पोलियो अभियान 03 मार्च से शुरू होगा। तीन दिवसीय यह अभियान में रायगढ़ जिले के शून्य से 05 साल तक के बच्चों को पोलियो खुराक दी जायेगी। कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने पल्स पोलियो अभियान के सफल संचालन के लिए सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां पूरी करने के निर्देश स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी को दिए। अभियान में पहले दिन 03 मार्च को बूथ स्तर पर एवं 04 तथा 05 मार्च 2024 को बूथ गतिविधियों में छूटे हुए बच्चों को टीकाकरण टीम के द्वारा घर-घर भ्रमण कर पोलियो की खुराक पिलाकर प्रतिरक्षित किया जायेगा।
