रायगढ़, 21 जुलाई 2024/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय आज रायगढ़ प्रवास के दौरान ग्राम कोसमनारा स्थित श्री श्री 108 श्री सत्यनारायण बाबा धाम दर्शन के लिए पहुंचे। मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव ने श्री श्री 108 श्री सत्यनारायण बाबा और भगवान भोलेनाथ की पूजा-अर्चना कर प्रदेशवासियों की सुख, समृद्धि और खुशहाली की कामना की। इस अवसर पर वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी भी उपस्थित रहे। 
         कोसमनारा स्थित श्री श्री 108 श्री सत्यनारायण बाबा धाम आस्था का केंद्र के रूप में विख्यात है। यहां बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु बाबा सत्यनारायण और भगवान भोलेनाथ के दर्शन के लिए पहुंचते है। बाबा सत्यनारायण पूरे दिन भोलेनाथ की तपस्या और ध्यान में लीन रहते है और आधी रात में केवल एक बार सामान्य अवस्था में आते हैं। इस दौरान बाबा फल और दूध ग्रहण करते हैं तथा आश्रम में मौजूद भक्तों से मिलते हैं और उनकी समस्याएं सुनकर उसका समाधान इशारों में ही बता देते हैं। बाबा सन् 1998 से तपस्या में लीन है और 2003 में उन्हे 108 की उपाधि मिली, तब से बाबा धाम की प्रसिद्धि के साथ श्रद्धालुओ की संख्या बढ़ी है।
        इस अवसर पर श्री गुरुपाल भल्ला, श्री महेश साहू, श्री विवेक रंजन सिन्हा, श्री ज्ञानू गौतम, श्री मनीष शर्मा, कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल, सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव उपस्थित रहे।

रायगढ़ जिला मुख्यालय से लगभग 7 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित ग्राम कोसमनारा में श्री श्री 108 श्री सत्यनारायण बाबा वर्षा, ग्रीष्म एवं ठंड तीनों मौसम में खुले जगह पर ही लगातार भगवान भोलेनाथ की तपस्या में लीन रहते हैं। स्थानीय लोगों से प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार सत्यनारायण बाबा लगभग 25 वर्ष से अधिक समय से खुले जगह पर विराजमान होकर तपस्या कर रहे हैं। लोगों ने बताया की बाबा जिस जगह पर तपस्या कर रहे हैं, पहले वह एक बंजर जगह थी। इस बंजर जमीन पर बाबा ने कुछ पत्थरों को इक_ा कर शिवलिंग का रूप देकर अपनी जीभ काटकर  समर्पित कर दी थी और उस समय से लगातार तपस्या में लीन हैं।
