05 से 31 मई तक जिले में लगेंगे 79 समाधान शिविर, प्रात: 09 से दोपहर 02 बजे तक होगा शिविरों का समय
05 मई को 12 स्थानों पर आयोजित होंगे समाधान शिविर
रायगढ़, 3 मई 2025/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय के मंशानुरूप राज्य में संवाद से समाधान की पहल के रूप में सुशासन तिहार का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। तीन चरणों में संपन्न होने वाले सुशासन तिहार का तीसरा चरण 5 मई को प्रारंभ होगा जो 31 मई तक चलेगा। जिसमें सुशासन तिहार के प्रथम चरण में प्राप्त आवेदनों के निराकरण के साथ विभागीय योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जाएगी। इस तीसरे चरण में रायगढ़ जिले में कुल 79 समाधान शिविरों का आयोजन होगा। पहले दिन 5 मई को जिले के 12 स्थानों में समाधान शिविर का आयोजन होगा। इसमें ग्रामीण के 05 एवं नगरीय क्षेत्र के 07 स्थानों पर शिविर लगेंगे। इस संबंध में आज कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने प्रेस वार्ता लेकर समाधान शिविर के तीसरे चरण की प्रशासनिक तैयारियों की जानकारी दी। सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव इस दौरान उपस्थित रहे।
सुशासन तिहार अंतर्गत 5 मई से 31 मई तक चलने वाले तीसरे चरण में जिले में कुल 79 समाधान शिविर का आयोजन होगा। जिसमें 53 ग्रामीण एवं 26 नगरीय क्षेत्र शामिल हैं। इसमें विभागीय अधिकारी आवेदकों को प्राप्त आवेदनों पर की गई विभागीय कार्यवाही की जानकारी देंगे, इसके अलावा नए आवेदन भी लिए जाएंगे। जिसका यथा संभव मौके पर निराकरण किया जाएगा। समाधान शिविर में विभागीय अधिकारियों द्वारा विभागों में संचालित योजनाओं की भी जानकारी दी जाएगी, ताकि अधिक से अधिक पात्र लोग योजनाओं का लाभ ले सकें।
ज्ञात हो कि सुशासन तिहार के तहत पहले चरण में 8 अप्रैल से 11 अप्रैल तक समाधान पेटी एवं ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जन सामान्य से उनकी मांगों एवं समस्याओ से संबंधित आवेदन प्राप्त किए गए थे, इसके पश्चात दूसरे चरण में प्राप्त आवेदनों का छटनी एवं स्कैन कर सॉफ्टवेयर में अपलोड कर संबंधित विभाग, जनपद एवं नगरीय निकाय के अधिकारियों को ऑनलाइन एवं भौतिक रूप से भेज कर उनके गुणवत्तापूर्ण निराकरण दूसरे चरण में किया जा रहा है।
05 मई को इन स्थानों पर लगेंगे समाधान शिविर
सुशासन तिहार के तीसरे चरण में 5 मई को जिले के 05 ग्रामीण एवं 07 नगरीय क्षेत्र में प्रात: 9 बजे से दोपहर 02 बजे तक समाधान शिविर आयोजित किया जाएगा। जिसमें ग्रामीण अंतर्गत जनपद पंचायत पुसौर के रुचिदा, खरसिया के तेलीकोट, लैलूंगा के कुंजारा, धरमजयगढ़ के छाल एवं तमनार के तमनार में समाधान शिविर का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इसी प्रकार नगरीय निकाय अंतर्गत रायगढ़ में राजीव नगर सामुदायिक भवन, घरघोड़ा में गायत्री मंदिर प्रांगण, धरमजयगढ़ में मंगल भवन खेल मैदान के पास, लैलूंगा में सांस्कृतिक भवन, किरोड़ीमल नगर में आजाद चौक सांस्कृतिक भवन, पुसौर के कार्यालय भवन एवं खरसिया के कंकुबाई धर्मशाला में समाधान शिविर का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
