मोटर सायकल पर कर रहा था शराब तस्करी
रायगढ़ । वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री सदानंद कुमार के दिशा निर्देशन पर जिले में अवैध शराब पर ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई जारी है । इसी क्रम में आज दिनांक 26.10.2023 को चक्रधरनगर पुलिस और सायबर सेल की टीम ने संयुक्त कार्यवाही करते हुए मोटर सायकल पर शराब की तस्करी करने वाले आरोपी को कौहाकुंडा मेन रोड़ पर धर दबोचा । जानकारी के मुताबिक आज सुबह मुखबीर से पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि ग्राम बासनपाली पुसौर का लोकनाथ यादव अपने मोटर सायकल एचएफ डिलक्स में अवैध बिक्री के लिए शराब परिवहन करते हुए मेन रोड़ कौहाकुंडा की ओर आ रहा है । सूचना पर तत्काल उस क्षेत्र पर पेट्रालिंग कर रहे थाना चक्रधरनगर एवं सायबर सेल के स्टाफ को अधिकारियों द्वारा कार्यवाही के लिये निर्देशित किया गया । पुलिस टीम द्वारा कौहाकुंडा मेन रोड़ पर संदेही लोकनाथ यादव को मोटर सायकल HF डिलक्स क्रमांक CG13 AF 0613 पर पकड़ा गया । संदेही के पास रखे थैला को चेक करने पर उसमें देशी प्लेन शराब 32 पाव और आईकोनिक प्रिमियम व्हिस्की 13 पाव रखा हुआ मिला जिसके परिवहन के संबंध में लोकनाथ यादव कोई संतोषप्रद जवाब नहीं दे पाया । पुलिस टीम ने *आरोपी लोकनाथ यादव पिता जगमोहन यादव उम्र 23 साल निवासी ग्रम बासनपाली थाना पुसौर* के कब्जे से *कुल 45 पास शराब 4120/- रूपये को मय अवैध शराब परिवहन के लिये प्रयुक्त मोटर सायकल HF डिलक्स क्रमांक CG13 AF 0613 के जप्त* किया गया । आरोपी के विरूद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम मे निहित समस्त प्रावधानों के तहत आबकारी एक्ट की धारा 34(2), 59(क) के तहत विधिवत कार्यवाही किया गया । थाना प्रभारी चक्रधरनगर निरीक्षक प्रशांत राव के नेतृत्व में शराब रेड कार्रवाई में महिला प्रधान आरक्षक राजश्री वैष्णव, साइबर सेल के प्रधान आरक्षक राजेश पटेल, आरक्षक महेश पंडा, प्रताप बेहरा, सुरेश सिदार और आरक्षक राजेश सिदार (थाना चक्रधरनगर) शामिल थे ।
