सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव ने ली समय-सीमा की बैठक
रायगढ़, 24 दिसम्बर 2024/ सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव ने आज कलेक्ट्रेट सभाकक्ष में समय-सीमा की बैठक लेकर विभागीय कामकाज की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने जिले में आयुष्मान कार्ड तथा वय वंदना योजना के तहत 70 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र की लोगों की कार्ड बनाने के काम की समीक्षा की।
जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव ने वय वंदना योजना के तहत कार्ड के धीमे निर्माण पर असंतोष व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्य की यह गति नाकाफी है। इसमें तेजी लाने की आवश्यकता है, ग्रामीण तथा शहरी क्षेत्रों में लक्ष्य के अनुसार कार्ययोजना बनाकर काम किया जाए। एक स्थान निर्धारित कर कार्ड बनाने के लिए कैंप लगाएं। इसकी सूचना उस क्षेत्र में पहले से प्रचारित करें। इसके साथ ही डोर टू डोर सम्पर्क करते हुए कार्ड निर्माण में तेजी लाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि योजना से जुड़ी जानकारियों का भी जनसामान्य के बीच व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करें। सीईओ श्री यादव ने पीएम आवास निर्माण कार्यों की सतत रूप से मॉनिटरिंग करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि अगले 2 माह में निर्माण कार्यों को पूरा करने का लक्ष्य लेकर फील्ड में काम होना चाहिए।
             धान खरीदी और उठाव के संबंध में चर्चा करते हुए सीईओ श्री यादव ने खरीदी केंद्रों से धान के उठाव के बारे में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने सभी एसडीएम को निर्देशित किया कि अपने क्षेत्र में धान उठाव की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग करें। कहीं कोई समस्या आती है तो तत्काल उसके समाधान के लिए कार्य करें। उन्होंने कहा कि डीओ और टीओ लगातार जारी हो रहे हैं। इसके अनुसार धान उठाव में भी तेजी लेकर आएं। उन्होंने जिले के दूरस्थ अंचलों में विशेष रूप से मॉनिटरिंग के निर्देश दिए।     
छात्रावासों के निरीक्षण के दौरान छात्रों के साथ भोजन अवश्य करें अधिकारी
सीईओ श्री यादव ने छात्रावासों में रोस्टर के अनुसार नियमित निरीक्षण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि जब निरीक्षण के लिए जाएं तो बच्चों के साथ भोजन अवश्य करें। इससे छात्रावास में खाने की गुणवत्ता पता चलने के साथ ही छात्रों से सीधे संवाद भी होगा। जिससे छात्रावास के संबंध में रहने वाले छात्रों के फीडबैक के अनुसार व्यवस्थाओं को बेहतर की जा सकेगी।
