निर्माण कार्यों में गुणवत्ता, पारदर्शिता और समय–सीमा का कड़ाई से पालन करने के दिए निर्देश
रायगढ़, 30 जुलाई 2026/ शहर के प्रमुख विकास कार्यों को गति देने और उनकी गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने आज मरीन ड्राइव, कयाघाट पुल, गोगा नाला, नटवर स्कूल तथा प्यासा मैदान का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान बाढ़ सुरक्षा, शहरी अधोसंरचना, खेल सुविधाओं तथा जनसुविधाओं से जुड़े निर्माण कार्यों की प्रगति का जायजा लेते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। इस अवसर पर नगर निगम आयुक्त श्री बृजेश सिंह क्षत्रिय एवं विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
कलेक्टर ने मरीन ड्राइव एवं कयाघाट पुल में निर्माण कार्यों की प्रगति, आवागमन की वर्तमान स्थिति तथा नागरिक सुविधाओं का अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सभी निर्माण कार्य निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप गुणवत्तापूर्ण हों तथा आम नागरिकों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो। उन्होंने कार्यों को तय समय-सीमा में पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने गोगा नाला का निरीक्षण कर प्रस्तावित पुल निर्माण एवं नाला विस्तारीकरण परियोजना की विस्तार से समीक्षा की। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि परियोजना पूरी होने के बाद वर्षा ऋतु में जल निकासी व्यवस्था अधिक प्रभावी होगी, शहर में जलभराव की समस्या कम होगी तथा बाढ़ जैसी परिस्थितियों से निपटने में भी मदद मिलेगी।
कलेक्टर ने परियोजना के तकनीकी पहलुओं की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी आवश्यक प्रशासनिक एवं तकनीकी प्रक्रियाएं शीघ्र पूर्ण कर कार्य प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने प्यासा मैदान का भी निरीक्षण किया। यहां मैदान को आधुनिक, सुव्यवस्थित एवं बहुउद्देशीय खेल परिसर के रूप में विकसित करने की कार्ययोजना पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। प्रस्तावित कार्यों में मैदान का समतलीकरण, विभिन्न खेल गतिविधियों के अनुरूप अधोसंरचना का विकास, खिलाड़ियों के लिए आवश्यक सुविधाओं का निर्माण तथा नागरिकों के लिए बेहतर खेल वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना शामिल है।
नटवर स्कूल में बन रहे शतरंज क्लब का किया अवलोकन
निरीक्षण के दौरान कलेक्टर ने नटवर स्कूल परिसर में निर्माणाधीन शतरंज क्लब का भी अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने उपलब्ध अधोसंरचना, परिसर विकास तथा प्रस्तावित सुविधाओं की जानकारी लेते हुए कहा कि यह केंद्र विद्यार्थियों और युवाओं की प्रतिभा को निखारने का महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम बनेगा। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्माण कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के साथ पूर्ण करने तथा आवश्यक सुविधाएं विकसित करने के निर्देश दिए।
गुणवत्ता और पारदर्शिता से करें विकास कार्य
कलेक्टर ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि शहर के सभी विकास कार्य गुणवत्ता, पारदर्शिता एवं निर्धारित समय-सीमा के अनुरूप पूर्ण किए जाएं। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को नियमित मॉनिटरिंग करने, कार्यों की सतत समीक्षा करने तथा आवश्यकतानुसार त्वरित निर्णय लेकर परियोजनाओं को समय पर पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि नागरिकों को शीघ्र बेहतर अधोसंरचना एवं सुविधाओं का लाभ मिल सके। निरीक्षण के दौरान नगर निगम के अभियंता श्री अमरेश लोहिया, हाउसिंग बोर्ड, एसईसीएल तथा संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी एवं तकनीकी अमला उपस्थित रहा।
