रायगढ़, 24 नवम्बर 2023/ विधान सभा आम निर्वाचन-2023 के लिए आगामी 3 दिसम्बर को होने वाले मतगणना हेतु गढ़उमरिया स्थित केआईटी कालेज में विधान सभावार मतगणना कक्ष बनाया गया है। जिसका आज कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल एवं एसएसपी श्री सदानंंद कुमार ने निरीक्षण किया। इस मौके पर अपर कलेक्टर एवं उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राजीव कुमार पाण्डेय, रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर खरसिया श्री रोहित सिंह उपस्थित रहे। निरीक्षण के दौरान कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने स्ट्रांग रूम से मतगणना कक्ष तक आवाजाही हेतु कॉरिडोर में बेरिकेटिंग एवं आवश्यक सुरक्षा संबंधी निर्देश दिए।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल एवं एसएसपी श्री सदानंद कुमार ने विधान सभावार बनाये गये मतगणना कक्षों का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने मतगणना कक्ष में मतगणना टेबल, बैठक व्यवस्था के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने मतगणना कक्ष में बेहतर तरीके से तार की जालियां लगाने एवं बाहर से बेरिकेट बनाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने आयोग के निर्देशानुसार गणना अभिकर्ता की बैठक व्यवस्था बनाने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने सभी विधान सभाओं के लिए स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम से मत गणना कक्ष में मशीनों के मूवमेंट हेतु आवश्यक बेरिकेट्स लगाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम से निकलने वाला व्यक्ति गणना कक्ष में पहुंचते तक सीसीटीवी कैमरे की नजर में रहें, इस दौरान उन्होंने मतगणना कक्ष में सीसीटीवी के डिस्प्ले लगाने संबंधी निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने प्रत्याशियों एवं गणना अभिकर्ता के आवाजाही को सहज बनाने सुरक्षा बलों के साथ विधान सभाओं के गणना कक्ष के अलग प्रवेश द्वार तथा अन्य विधान सभाओं के कॉरीडोर में बेरिकेट्स लगाने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान एसएसपी श्री सदानंद कुमार ने प्रवेश द्वार, चेकिंग पॉइंट्स के संबंध में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने स्ट्रॉग रूम की आवाजाही का निरीक्षण करते स्ट्रॉग रूम की सुरक्षा में तैनात सुरक्षा बलों से चर्चा करते हुए विधान सभा के रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के द्वारा किए गए निरीक्षण की जानकारी ली। इस दौरान उन्होंने निरीक्षण पंजी का अवलोकन भी किया। उन्होंने मीडिया सेंटर स्थान की जानकारी ली। अपर कलेक्टर एवं उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राजीव पाण्डेय ने बताया कि सभी अभ्यर्थी प्रत्येक मतगणना टेबल पर मतगणना एजेंट नियुक्त कर सकते हैं, इसके लिए दिनांक 29 नवम्बर 2023 शाम 05 बजे तक संबंधित रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर्स के कार्यालय में आवेदन किया जा सकता है। केआईटी कॉलेज के बाहर मीडिया सेंटर के साथ उद्घोषक कक्ष बनाया जा रहा हैं, जहाँ पर भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार मीडिया को मतगणना के संबंध में आवश्यक जानकारी दी जाएगी। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने मोबाइल एवं गेजेट्स चेकिंग के संबंध में आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम मूवमेंट की सीसीटीवी अवलोकन हेतु राजनीतिक पार्टी के निर्वाचन अभिकर्ता से कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने चर्चा भी किए।
